Good product quality and in store good customer service

The staff ask politely if you need any help, but don't mither you when just browsing. When we needed some information the lady was very knowledgeable and again was not pushy. I have purchased from Procook previously with a knife set over several visits and shall be doing the same again with pans.

Great service and help in the shop, is always an absolute must in a shop dealing with cooking equipment.
Also a good after service is required for people who have any problems after sales.
