Friendliness and knowledge of sales assistant. We were looking for a pan to boil beetroot and there was one pan left at a reduced price = result!!

Brought the 3 items for £10,got the scissors, spatula, and the small spatula the scissors are comfortable to use and separate for easy cleaning. The small spatula is great to spread butter on your bread which I let my small grandchildren do without the fear of them using a knife

The products are very good quality and the guarantee lives are a good length which confirms to me you have faith in your products. The service we received was helpful, knowledgeable without pouncing on you immediately after walking into the store.

Brilliant knife
Brilliant knife. Handle comfortable, cuts anything. Looked for a decent knife for ages with Supermarkets not now selling them. Very p,eased and would recommend it.

Frying pan saga ….
Frying pan number 3. First one completed damaged and replaced. Number 2 using it made me totally stressed out - I know! Solution was number 3, non stick, perfect omelette! The staff at my local store are always so helpful without being pushy. They take the time to explain how to use items to get the best outcomes then leave you alone to decide - I love that!

Quality products
I have been buying from Procook for a number of years and find their products are of a good quality and reasonable price. I went there this time to buy a small casserole pan that I had my eye on and wanted to add to my set. The lady in store was very helpful with information and service.

Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They solved our plate size issue, informed us we could adjust the height of the trays. Shall be back next month for new plates 👍
