Staff was very helpful

Staff was very helpful, i had some questions which they answered very professional. I do recommend going into the shop if you are not sure what products suits your needs best because they will provide you that extra information and expertise so you can get right product.

Helpful Assistant with good advice and product knowledge. Good quality products at reasonable prices. Even gave consideration to how we would carry products from store to car with additional carry bags to support weight of china purchased.

Excellent service

The lady in the store was professional and kind, and went the extra mile to check the stockroom and bring out some additional items for me. She was also very patient and efficient when wrapping everything ! Excellent customer service, thank you!

I asked for help and because I didn't…

I asked for help and because I didn't look like i had money, he was very rude to me, when my hubby turned up and we decided we wanted 2×16 sets of plates he changed in everyway cos we were going to spend a lot of money. Plates are lovely. But you should never judge a book by its cover!!!
