Great experience
Really nice shop, fantastically helpful staff and good competitive prices. Buy on the high street - not online, you'll miss it when there's no high street left. Shops need customers more than amazon do!!

Missing item
Went into store to purchase a knife set only to get home and find that the sharpener was missing. The shop assistant was somewhat apologetic but this caused me to drive into the store twice for something that was simply human error.

Svar fra ProCook - Reading
We sincerely apologise for the missing sharpener and the inconvenience of having to return to our store. We understand how frustrating it is to make an extra trip due to an oversight. We're sorry for the inconvenience

I liked products at this store and prices are also good. I bought big bowl ( not decided for what yet), and really liked the white porcelain jug for sauces. Products seem to be high quality. I have not tested them yet as It is my first purchase there. Overall is very good.
