The ladies at GunWharf Pro Cook were exceptional.
They gave me the Best customer service . We visited the shop on 16th July 2026 at around 6:30pm . Not only did they go over the pricing of knives several times as I just couldn’t decide they also gave me great advice , great pairing advice as I was buying a gift for someone. They were both patient, well informed, showed great team work as one demonstrated the knives while the other was at the computer giving price advice for each knife being showed . The whole experience was pleasant. These two definitely need a well done . Excellent customer service !

Pro Cook with pro staff
Went into the Pro Cook at Gunwharf Quays and was immediately greeted by the members of staff. They were all so incredibly helpful. There’s nothing worse than being ignored when you enter or being badgered by an over zealous assistant so it made for such a pleasant atmosphere.

Lovely shop with great customer service and high-quality products. There is a great selection of goods, all of very good quality. Prices are very reasonable, with excellent special offers and discounts available. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide a very positive shopping experience.
