Lack of service
Having made trip to store found I could have saved 10% on line and got free delivery with amount spent
Got home and found I was 1 item missing that had obviously been left on cash desk
Now either have to pay for delivery or take an hour out of my day and pay £3.50 to park to get missing item

A cornucopia of kitchen goodies
What a fantastic shop! I was looking for some kitchen knives just for day to day use and found an amazing selection. I could have bought so many items in that place. Incredible!
