Excellent knowledgable service
The staff and manager here yesterday were fantastic - helped my friend ordering pots for her new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and the gentleman went above and beyond by sourcing stock from other stores - was knowledgeable, super friendly. Service you rarely get these days! Outstanding customer service
I made a purchase at the O2 Greenwich store. As always, products and prices are great, but what stood out at this visit was the customer service. Unfortunately, I did not get the gentleman's name, but I can honestly say his customer service skills were the best I have experienced in a very long time.

Incredible knowledge
The gentleman who served us was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. So much so, I complemented him in front of a full shop. No way should the Management allow him to leave!

Excellent customer service!
I was little nervous to go back to the shop in order to exchange a wok with tiny defects. Jamie, a sales staff, quickly understands my requirements and swiftly exchange to a new one that he checked before handing it to me. I was so pleased and ended up buying additional item on the day.
