I asked a friendy man for a traditional can opener that actually WORKS..the answer was "ah..this way"..one quality ,heavy item later a very happy customer...first can didnt stand a chance ..,.my new favourit shop.

Shocking service
On 7th August I ordered a set of pans from procook, I paid for next day delivery for Saturday 8th. When this did not arrive I contacted your customer support and was told it had not been shipped. I asked if you would deliver it on the Sunday and was told no. I told you I could not accept delivery during week and you said you would hold it until the following Saturday. I contacted you on Wednesday 12th and said I was off work on the Friday so you could deliver it on either the Friday or the Saturday (14th or 15th) it never came on either day. I contacted you again and was told it had not been dispatched at which point I cancelled my order and received a refund. No explanation or apology, shocking customer service

Knowledgeable and helpful staff
Staff were knowledgeable about the products and took time to explain the differences across the range that we were interested in. They also asked about our cooking style and recommended products to suit.
At no time was it felt to be a pushy sales patter.
