ProCook - Dorchester Anmeldelser

It was my first visit to one of your stores and I must say I was impressed. Your products have excellent build quality and reasonably priced. Since we live in the states we hope someday you will open stores in the US. We understand however if that does that happen anytime soon.

Always enjoy shopping, a pro cook. As usual staff are amazing and on this occasion Jason was very helpful and informative as to which item to buy. Absolutely no pressure just good factual information. We’ll be back.

A helpful assistant in the shop! Thank you!

Helpful, knowledgeable staff, and a pleasant shopping experience. Looks like a great product (I've only just bought the knife, so time will tell) it's a decent edged AUS 10, 8 inch chef's knife. It has a good weight, and an incredibly comfortable handle. Also a 25 warranty. Can't really ask for more than that!

Excellent informed service. Great range of products.

good quality

Very helpful staff. They knew their products and could suggest other items too.

We recently moved house and wanted new utensils for our kitchen, new pots and pans that were induction compatible plus other products. Your staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products we wanted and advised us accordingly. I had quite a large list and we managed to purchase most of what we wanted. I am very pleased with all we bought , good quality at reasonable prices.

We are long term loyal customers, mostly at the Dorchester store from choice because the staff are so helpful in this well laid out welcoming shop . We had a query regarding our knives losing their edge and the staff were extremely patient, as always, and took time to work out the issue. Because of the thoroughness of your manager there, we ended up resolving the issue and buying a new sharpener, which we are delighted with. Well done Dorchester again. My kitchen is almost entirely ProCook, mostly due to your lovely Dorchester shop and ProCook value, reliability, quality and customer service. Thank you. Dianne

Excellent service in the shop, from highly knowledgeable and professional staff. And great value for the products

The shop & service was great & product was A+++++ - all good.

very knowledgeable and welcoming staff and
lovely presented store .

The person who assisted me was very helpful without pushing for a sale. Seemed to know about the product I was interested in.

I'd previously been in store to look for new saucepans after my existing set was on its last legs after 25 years.
I got some great advice from the member of staff and fell in love with a high quality set. As it was a large purchase and investment I went away to think about it.
This week I went back to buy the set, gleaning the incredible help of another member of staff. I was even lucky it was all discounted! Amazing experience from start to finish.

Very helpful, knowledgable staff, great shop/quality products, would love a minutes trolley dash in there :)

Service very good, assistant explained everything fully about new saucepans.

Found what I wanted quickly and friendly efficient service

Nice space to shop in, always helpful staff.

When I visited the store specifically to look at some plates near the window, there were two staff members behind the counter and they didn't venture out of there to come and assist, they talked across the shop floor to me. No one was at the counter waiting to be served.
Not great customer service. Pleasant enough but not over helpful.

Friendly assistants with good knowledge on Carving knives.
