Great customer service, such a good recognition for little detail. When I need help they were there and didn't bother when I wanted have a look myself. Great service with products knowledge. Highly recommended 👌

I bought a Pro Cook pan set when I…
I bought a Pro Cook pan set when I moved into my new house , 7 pieces with lids, oven proof, perfect for a trainee chef.
Now 10 years on and the pans are still going strong and apart from a few signs of wear and tear they might just last another 10 years...and my daughter is now a head chef.
More recently I purchased a Pro Cook meat thermometer, the fork type. Never used one before, but self explanatory. It was perfect for Christmas day 😊

The shop was quite busy
The shop was quite busy, I picked the knives I wanted the gourmet set joined the Que and by the time it was my turn the shop assistant had already got the knives ready for me, nobody pestered as we walked around just left us to it but were helpful when needed.

Fantastic store - service - products
We have been in today to get some new knives.
We where greeted by the most lovely, polite, knowledgeable lady Tracy who helped us find more than what we were looking for.
We are so very happy with our knives and our magnetic block 😍
