Good quality items, though a bit pricey

The sales assistant (unfortunately I did not get her name) was an absolute star, she was helpful and very thorough in ensuring the dinner plate sets i was buying were all good opening each box and checking the quality and there were a lot of pieces to check over!! Fantastic customer services 👌

Great product

The assistant was polite and very helpful and there was no hard sell. The shop was well laid out light and airy and very clean. Product we bought was perfect for our needs.

Really friendly and a great atmosphere in the store and I have found everything that I want

Shown the product I wanted by a friendly member of staff and the transaction was completed easily and proptly.

We had an issue with the electronic receipt from a previous purchase that we needed to return and exchange.
We went into store and the gent who served us managed to find the original order, give us a refund for the returned item and then we purchased something else.
Thank you to all.

That was a lovely experience. The ladies were So so helpful.

The staff member was very polite and warm, apologised for our wait as she’d been dealing with another customer and let us know about warranty on our items.

Tracy was absolutely brilliant in the lakeside store. She was helpful from the get go and greeted us with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble, we purchased the cream scallop dinnerware set, which I will have to contact her as a couple are chipped slightly on the bottom but I LOVE them! She explained that the pasta dishes were due back in stock on the 7/6/26 so we knew exactly when to look for them! We purchased a set of 4 coffee mugs which Tracy explained that customers had also purchased these to go with the plates we had purchased. We also purchased the purple reactive pot cookware dishes, the medium wasn’t on show, however Tracy went to find the medium one for us so we could take it away the same day! Very pleased, will be back!

Staff very friendly and helpful. I've purchased from pro cook before and always found the quality is excellent.
