ProCook - Dalton Park Anmeldelser

Very helpful friendly assistants

Staff were very helpful, however the tri-ply stainless pan set I purchased are very dissappointing in terms of cleaning after cooking. Have used the wok twice and it is already stained. Expected far more from what is supposed to be their premium price range. Our previous much cheaper stainless pans needed only the dishwasher to come up gleaming. Having to use a lot of elbow grease and effort to clean this +£400 set. Wouldn't recommend.

Very friendly & helpful store assistant, very polite and positive throughout.

Had exactly what I was looking for

Staff very helpful. Products are lovely and great value for money

Already had the Pro cook Gourmet frying pans set of 3 and they are great. So, bought the Pro cook Gourmet set of 4 saucepans they are also great. I cook a lot and like good kitchenware. Very happy with all of them. Plus, no more Teflon.

Hi I’ve bought the full set of Oslo dinner service but unfortunately I’ve had three bowls chip only bowls nothing else over a period of four months. The staff are very helpful.

Called in to look at electric salt and pepper grinders. Plenty of offers and discounts .... a good selection to choose from. Philip offered his assistance and gave us advice on the different styles and functions ... we settled for the rechargeable ones. The Pro Cook items also carry a two year guarantee ...good to know.
Even though it was almost closing time Philip didn't rush the sale... he is a friendly and pleasant person a credit to the company.

Precook stocked exactly what I wanted. As the sale was on I got it at a very good price. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
