Usual helpful ladies. Went for 2 things, obtained both with no fuss. Nice quality items, which you don't find in your supermarket cheapo kitchen stuff aisles.

After only a couple of uses it has two chips in the enamel. I contacted customer services as it came with a two year guarantee and they were really helpful, said I could exchange it for a new one. However I took it to the store in Bristol to exchange, the manager was quite unpleasant and basically accused me of mistreating it. She did exchange it but begrudgingly, no apology for the inconvenience. I had a Sainsbury’s cast iron casserole dish for over 10 years and never got a chip. It has certainly put me off buying from ProCook again
