The staff were most helpful whilst not being at all pushy. Products bought were much less expensive than we expected.

Staff were extremely helpful. I had seen a cool bag in a magazine from your store that I really liked but there were none for sale on your online shop. In Canterbury it was the very last one in the window and your staff removed it from the display for me
