When entering the Store initially for a quick look as it was near to closing time, I was politely greeted with an offer of help with anything, the Staff member had a lovely approach and I was made to feel very welcome . The Store was very enjoyable to look around and I left with a purchase

Lovely new cook shop in Bromley Glades. Everything you could want, reasonably priced and spacious for browsing. Helpful staff. A great addition to the Glades and we’ll definitely be back next time!

Went into the Bromley store with a good idea of the items I wanted to buy. Had done my research online, I wanted to feel the pans, weight, comfort, ease of handling.
I was served by Jamie. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and knew his products. He went out of his way to order something not in stock at a different branch and made the shopping experience a pleasure.
Lovely light, airy shop with lovely displays, well set out.
All in all I can’t recommend this shop highly enough.
