ProCook - Bromley Anmeldelser

Products of excellent quality with practical features, service oriented intuitive salespeople who serve with a smile, efficient buying process, long guarantees on products

When entering the Store initially for a quick look as it was near to closing time, I was politely greeted with an offer of help with anything, the Staff member had a lovely approach and I was made to feel very welcome . The Store was very enjoyable to look around and I left with a purchase

Lovely new cook shop in Bromley Glades. Everything you could want, reasonably priced and spacious for browsing. Helpful staff. A great addition to the Glades and we’ll definitely be back next time!

Very good products and helpful staff.

Amazing product , also extremely good service in the shop

All products we have brought from pro cook have lasted well over the years

The staff were knowledgeable about the products and how to use and care for them. They were informative and there was no pressure to purchase. There was a pleasant playlist whilst browsing.

Lovely presented store with great quality products and excellent/personable service.

Very helpful and friendly staff, great range of products. Shop very well set out. The chefs knife I bought is very good.

Went into the Bromley store with a good idea of the items I wanted to buy. Had done my research online, I wanted to feel the pans, weight, comfort, ease of handling.
I was served by Jamie. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and knew his products. He went out of his way to order something not in stock at a different branch and made the shopping experience a pleasure.
Lovely light, airy shop with lovely displays, well set out.
All in all I can’t recommend this shop highly enough.

Friendly and professional customer service of staff.

Service was great but the slow cooker we purchased didn’t have any instructions on how to use.

Justin was knowledgeable and professional

It was my first visit to Pro Cook Bromley, and was an impulsive decision as I passed by. The staff member was very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for quickly. I found the pricing reasonable, and so far am very happy with my purchase

Really good service in a well stocked, clean and well laid out shop.

Very good customer service. Even pointing out that the item bought has a 10 year guarentee.

I like the way the shop’s laid out. The staff were superb and very helpful in every way.

I was assisted to find my intended purchase.
Shown offers in the shop which prompted me to purchase more items.
The assistant was also able to give clear advice/ information on possible future purchases.
Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

I love the quality of what you sell, however excluding what we bought recently we have purchased a ring pan & a stock saucepan, which is of good quality but I do feel prices a very high.
