The best customer service I’ve…
The best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time - one of the items I ordered online was damaged and I needed to get it replaced quickly as it was a present. The person I spoke to initially was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. I picked up the replacement from a local store as that suited me best. When I arrived they knew my name and had it ready for me. Honestly the best most personalised service I’ve experienced in an extremely long time. Will certainly encourage me to use Pro-cook again. Please don’t change your approach as service like this is non-existent nowadays. Thanks.

Quick and easy visit to the store. Assistant took me to what I was looking for in store. Explained the scales and did a demo. Really helpful.
