Very little stock held
Prices look good but you do not hold much if any stock. After having to chase my order you told me you were awaiting stock and have since followed up with another message saying the order has been cancelled due to being no stock at supplier.
Worse still instead of refunding immediately I now have to wait 5 days.

Eine Retoure ist müßig und teuer
Das bestellte Fahrradtrikot in M hätte meinem 10jährigen gepasst - wie ich allerdings feststellen musste, fällt das Produkt bei allen Anbietern viel zu klein aus, asiatische Größe offenbar.
Ärgerlicher war das ganze Hickhack danach. Mail schreiben nicht möglich, Kontaktaufnahme nur per Kontaktformular. Dann bekommt man eine Antwort als Mail, kann aber wieder nicht per Mail anworten, sondern fängt gefühlt mehrmals wieder von vorn an per Kontaktformular.
Richtig nervig fand ich aber, dass das Rücksendeetikett zwar geschickt wurde, das erwähnte Retourenformular aber erst nach dreimal nachfragen, wo denn dieses ominöse Retourenformular bitte sein soll, das hatte man offenbar jedes Mal vergessen anzuhängen. Ergo sucht der Kunde und sucht, um festzustellen, dass es nirgends ist und einfach nicht geschickt wurde.
Was ich auch sinnig fand ist, dass man ein Shirt nur in geschlossener Originalverpackung zurückschicken soll. Das ist nicht wahr, oder??
Im Endeffekt hab ich den Preis zurückbekommen, die Versandkosten nicht, die Rücksendekosten betrugen immerhin für mich nur 3,99 EUR.
Das Shirt sollte ein Geschenk sein, nun muss was anderes her und ca. 12 Euro sind für nix dahin. Das tue ich mir nicht nochmal an.

I have been using Pro Bike Kit for over 2 years. I have had my ups and downs but i will not be USING them ever again. Not many people will because their going out of business so it says. Neil on Customer services, i do hope you get the same shocking treatment as you given me some day soon.

Damaged goods advertised as new!
I bought the AEROTECH EVOLUTION BIKE TRAVEL CASE on their website. Checkout was pretty easy and got it delivered pretty fast. So far so good and I was really excited to get this case as I have a trip planned in a few days and desperately needed a hard case.
However, upon a thorough inspection, I noticed that the case came with a pretty big crack at the bottom where the main hinge is. The case must have been packed in this state as it is very unlikely that it got damaged in transit. To create such a crack, the case would have to take a serious beating but the box it came in was pristine and did not have any signs of mistreatment.
So bottom line is, you sold me a damaged case that is advertised as new! This is shocking and I hope one day you get sued. Don't tell me that I can return this because it is now going to cost me way more to send it back to you than you paid for the delivery, I have to waste time on packing it and taking it to the delivery depo (the thing is massive) and most importantly, I did not buy a case to now spend another 600-800 euro for another one and get involved in a lengthy return dispute with you. Like I said I have a trip coming in 2 days.
I will never buy anything from you anymore and I hope that others reading this review will know better than to buy discounted DAMAGED goods from you advertised as new. Never again!
UPDATE: I did reply to the email their support sent me asking for a lot of information and after writing it for 30min I and got an auto reply that your mailbox is full and delivery failed. What a waste of time!
