Expensive customs costs were applied to my order and these are not reimbursed by retailer.
I don't recommend using as there is no indication during purchase of how much these might be.

I ordered a pair of tires from…
I ordered a pair of tires from ProBikeKit. One had a puncture already in it, so I went online and did everything to send it back. I did not hear anything from them but when I contacted them they asked for my tracking number. I stated that I no longer had the tracking number receipt. They said, they couldn't help me. They claimed it was probably lost or something else. I don't buy this for a second and when I asked what kind of system do they have for Returns that they need the tracking number because even if it does arrive, where does it go? Do they only look at Return Items when tracking numbers and the rest of the stuff go into a separate room or garbage? I don't get it, but I will never buy from them again.

Products ok although one of the items a cleaning gel , the pot was cracked. The carrier used to deliver the goods provided a poor service. I would be more caution in future in ordering from PBK if the carrier (yodel) is to deliver the goods.

Do not buy anything from The Hut Group!!! Shocking service, lies and deceit.
Was promised a refund within 3-5 days on 26th June and still not received anything - nearly a month ago. All I have had since is further lies. No action, nothing.
Probikekit itself is gone now, but it's administered by The Hut Group. As such, I'd advise avoiding them like the plague.
Lies, lies, lies. That's it.
Oh, and theft.

Excellent service (and saved myself over £100!)
Was looking for some new Ultegra pedals and front derailleur, and managed to pick both up for half price - thought it was an error when I first found (the pedals) on Google product search. I found a lot of cycling equipment at more reasonable prices than some other Web sites. Eg: Ultegra R8100 12 speed cassette £60, on most other Web sites it was between £80-£120.
