Impossible to be able to contact!
Brought a product from this company and they are quick to take your money but unfortunately I have a fault so I’ve tried to contact probikekit on Email also through my account but it’s impossible to able to send email saying failed postmaster busy try again later and went through my account and go round and round in circles they’re hoping I’d give up which I have and shall Not be using this company again!

Customer services on the level of Post Office/Horizon standard. 5 months after retiring a warranty item, I am still without a resolution. Probikekit repeatedly tell me that the case is under review.

Appauling customer service
No phone number on the website, customer service team is unresponsive. Sent my item back for return over 2 months ago and still not received the refund. Mail service on the website is not user friendly and you just get the same response every time - "we are working on it". Do not use this website. Appauling customer service.

no free returns on shoes
I purchased a pair of cycling shoes a few months back but had to return as they were just too big - bigger than stated in the relevant size chart. At the time of purchase, the website clearly stated free returns on clothing items so was surprised to be hit with a £2.99 return fee for the shoes, especially since shoes were and still are listed under the "clothing" category on their website. I queried the charge and the team stated that shoes are considered an accessory and not clothing. Strange they are not listed under "accessories" then on your website. The policy was misleading or disingenuous at best. No wonder they got themselves into financial difficulty this year. Lost a customer for the sake of £2.99 which their policy stated they should pay for.
