I thought my claim could have been done mutch faster rather than 25 weeks . And I would have rather delt with my repair myself rather than a third party being involved

My dealing with Privilege have been professional and they listen to your requests and help you in anyway they can. They answer the phone promptly and don’t keep you hanging on for ages. I have been using Privilege for the past 4 years.and l would highly recommend them motor insurance 😀

Privilege have offered the same amount of cover as we have had before with a renowned insurance company and have managed to reduce the amount the other company wanted to charge by £260

Reasonable premium quote
Reasonable premium quote, helpful staff on phone and swift despatch of paperwork and car insurance certificate. Only downside was initial 3 attempts to connect by phone - their system not working for first call, then got cut off on second call, but achieved renewal of policy on third call. I have never had to claim but so far I have found Privilege to be good value and easy to work with.

They have always been the most amazing Insurance Company,helpful and reasonably priced. However, their premiums have gone up by over 50%. I now pay for my small 20 year old car - more than my husband pays for his 6 year old Juke?????
