Excellent customer service
I am in the process of selling my sister in laws flat but due to her dementia paperwork was scant. I called Principle Estate Management and spoke to Jason who was so helpful, friendly but still professional. Jason listened to what information I required and quickly gathered the information, even checking older parts of the system for back invoices. Jason is a credit to this company and he needs rewarded for his excellent customer service. I used to work in customer service and understand it's not the easiest job in world dealing with the public.

Great experience so far
Sincere thanks to Ross and the rest of the team for their help and support prior to and after moving into my new flat. Ross was very attentive and went above and beyond and even when he handed over the reins to another agent, he continued to remain available to answer queries and provide assistance with any issues that arose. You’re definitely in good hands with this lot.

Bristol Street student accommodation…
Bristol Street student accommodation has been a great experience. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, always fixing maintenance issues quickly. I haven't had any problems worth mentioning, and all my needs have been well catered for throughout my stay. I'd definitely recommend it to other students.

Great student accom in Birmingham
The rent for my property in Birmingham is affordable, the space is clean and well maintained and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are carried out quickly, any issues are resolved as soon as possible and they have staff on site 24/7. Could not recommend it more for students looking for somewhere to live in Birmingham.

If I could give a minus 100 score I would, would not recommend, even to people I strongly dislike. They do not care in any way shape or form about residents nor their safety or whether their property is habitable. They continue to increase the service charge whilst letting estates go to wrack and ruin. They frequently ignore residents, including formal complaints and serious concerns. Have put me off ever wanting to deal with a management agent ever again. Seriously think very carefully before taking on a properly they oversee.

Mercenary and profit-oriented. Poor budget management. Service quality and value below expectations.
This is based on recent experiences from Southside Birmingham, having had interactions with other property managers at this development over the years. As a bare minimum, hope they do not cause unnecessary drama with the fire safety remediation works.
