Products purchased were spot on and well priced cannot fault them. Only thing that in my mind stopped them being five stars was long delivery time which I had to chase and unfortunately the merchandise arrived to late to be used on the tour they were planned for so if you need stuff order in plenty of time prep early I guess. They do have a good selection of stuff that has to be said

Cowboys, still awaiting an order and continued reasons for a delay.

Seems a common theme. Think it's very very badly managed or cowboys.

Told a maximum of 10 days, on day 30+ now and still no answers or delivery.

Just avoid guys

Absolutely amazing company, great delivery,awesome staff,packaging is always top class amazing array of items, it's a one stop shop,always great at getting back to you if you have a question if all companies were run by this standard what a great world this would be, thanks to everyone at preppers uk for everything really appreciate everything, stay safe always ❤️

Product is not what all the hip the advert made it , rather flimsy, was first told out of stock then 4 days late before credit, item was sent . Plastic rather flimsy, would not buy this again.

Delivery of a pair of Boots need 3 weeks via Air-mail to Germany. not that fast than expected but okay.

If you need your purchase within the next 2 months and are satisfied with no contact number and every email you send being ignored then this is the company for you. My advice is don't bother, and certainly don't pay extra for faster postage because it makes no difference. I've lost all trust in them. BUYER BEWARE.

Ordered on 15th of May, web site states delivery in 14days. 11th of June order amended and partial refund as items not delivered. Again no delivery 29th June order cancelled and refund requested. 3oth June refund processed to reach my account in 7 days. No refund received. Stated refund sent on the 28th July to a bank account which was closed on the 20th July which the preppers shop were aware of. I have started a claim for refund and costs via the small claims court. On the 15th October the peppers shop again said they have refunded the payment to a closed account. This company is not to be trusted. They will stall in every possible way to avoid having to make refunds for payments for items they do not stock, they will not answer emails sent to them. No contact phone number to ring them. The sheer amount of, negative reviews, of no delivery, no contact and unpaid refunds should be an obvious warning not to do business with them in any way. Hopefully the trading standards investigators will take a long hard look at this company and hold the owner to account for the despicable business practices. You have been warned this company is not to be trusted with your custom.

While the shops has good stuff in the time it takes to ship items is ridiculous long, be expected to wait weeks, then if you have a problem with an item like I do, do not expect a reply to emails even when items break just putting it together like my crossbow, they don't get back to you, now I'm having to go through my bank to get money back, wouldn't recommend because of reasons given, there are better shops that actually care about customers.

Good service and communication

What the feck are you even on about, asking me if you hope I am happy with your service? What service? It's been a month since you took my money in exchange for nothing, no goods received, been chasing you for updates, mostly bit email replies, no tracking, nothing, so I've spent money and time receiving nothing. Will now have to spend more time contacting credit card company to try get my money back. Here's an idea, don't pretend you have items in stock, take people's money under pretence, breach the 2015 consumers act and then take the Mick asking for a review and if am happy with your "service" p**soff!

My personal experience wasn’t great.
I filtered in stock items only, placed my order then after 4 weeks I had to chase them up via e-mail.
I was told some items were out of stock and offered replacements, I agreed so I could get my order.
My order came but was missing an item and on the order form it was hand written ‘refunded’.
I was never refunded
It’s a pity as I had more stuff to buy but I have shopped elsewhere now

Pistol crossbow took over a month from order to delivery. Also, ordered a pack of additional crossbow bolts for it but they do not fit as the proper ones have a notch in the shaft to keep them lined up correctly in the feeder... the additional bolts do not!

Still waiting for my order from late sept.
Keep getting Bot reply’s to my emails asking for information on my order.
I will update this if and when I get my promised 10day order!
I will order banks to get my money back very soon if I don’t get any real information on my order 34067199.
Telling my there is no tracking info from parcel force! They will chase parcel force.
I am not holding my breath for any real goods to arrive to be honest.

I found this company online and I thought that their title was very appropriate because I was buying things to prepare for if the UK had another lockdown situation but more severe. They had even more than what I had even thought about. They were very quick to deal with my issue of delivery very quickly and I received my order promptly after that. I will be re-ordering and have shared the website with my other sceptical family members so we can all be ready.

ordered something they sent the wrong size and colour
emailed customer service which was slow and rude
sent item back which they denied ever receiving and dragged it out even longer , wish id known to do a chargeback , heard similar stories from others
DO NOT TRUST

The item is okay, but the shipping takes forever! Without opening a dispute on PayPal, I probably would have never received the item! On top of that, they kept saying "we're busy" - you should have let customers know before purchasing, not after, that the shipping would take ages. I wouldn't have bothered and bought from someone else! Very bad! 1 star and I'd leave 0 if I could!!

Very good quality product, delivery options fairly priced. Good communication. Excellent packaging. 👍

I had to email a few times for updates as the delivery was late, had good communication back. When the item was delivered, I was very happy with it
