After providing a valid photo ID. A proof of delivery address and a photograph of a parcel for me at said address I was told this wasn't enough. I have disabilities and am unable to accept deliveries to my own address. I was subjected to unecessary delays and order cancellations twice whilst their rep asked for more and more forms of ID until I couldn't comply and my patience were spent. DO NOT use this company.

Ordered crossbow from European warehouse, it was delayed for over a week and was fully refunded. Ordered local items that is supposed to take 3 days and it was cancel-refunded on day 4, no notification. Seems like there's a scam, tax fraud etc. Very suspicious store.

Amazing and very helpful company with good quality items

Had seen a bunch of recent 1 star reviews so was a bit wary of ordering. Decided to use a pay in three ago as its easy to cancel if you get messed about. Emailed to make sure everything's worth order was OK. Got a reply to say they were waiting on items arriving and it would be dispatched Thursday. It arrived Thursday, everything was there and product is good quality.
Thanks to Harry who responded to my emails promptly.
The way some of the 1 stars were wrote short with two or three words each made me think it was possibly someone spamming 1 star reviews with different accounts after being unhappy with order. Anyhow, order was quick and complete.

My experience with tactical archery was amazing ordered a revo 7 payed for next day delivery that was literally the next day from being dispatched, was sceptical at first due to reading reviews but my experience couldn’t of been any better, sent an email just to make sure my order will be on time and they got back in touch with me within 10minute so overall experience 10/10 on response and shipping

Don’t listen to the bad reviews just moody customer

Complete scammer avoid at all costs! Not received a thing from them weeks later no response to my emails. Now I’ll have to go through the trouble of contacting my bank to retrieve my money back what a waste of time.

i ordered the jag pro 2 on 26th feb which is a Thursday, i payed for 24hrs delivery but they did not send it out then, i gae it the benefit of the doubt as i ordered it later on in the day, although on friday when i had no update i emailed and got no response. i have then used their website multiple times to attempt to know what is going on which i still have not been replied t, i have also emailed numerous times. Stay away from these!!!!

I ordered and received my jaguar 2 crossbow but once assembled it won't load and lock and so it is useless, according to refunds policy they won't accept returns or refunds if its been assembled. Since its not fit for purpose and faulty so breaking the law by refusing refunds. I will now inform my bank and ask for refund as I was sold faulty goods and inform trading standards.
My advice is to avoid jaguar 2 crossbows and the company selling them and look esle where.

Bought the Revo7 crossbow. Generally a good shopping experience. Although if you want to get in touch with them use the email rather than the phone number. Delivery was a few days and the staff were helpful

Hi, I am an ex-professional well champion boxer with brain damage. I was recommended by the company staff to buy the Orion four compound crossbow for £600, which is a lot of money for someone with brain damage living on benefits so I have to save up for this for a long time when it come I wasn’t told that it was unbuilt so I didn’t have to pay someone to build it, which took three days then when it was built, I couldn’t get it to fire so I phoned them up and asked them how to make it fire and they said you have to put an arrow in because they don’t dry fire. I asked them whether the wind up cable that pulled it back should be took off they told me no not to take it off. I fired it and he exploded in my hand so I showed him a video of what happened to it and they said the new part that I need is £100. I asked for a discount on this because if I was told to fire it with the wind up still on it and they have not give me a discount I believe this is their fault so I at least expect to pay for the part at cost a very minimal and they said no to this so I’ve got to pay for a partly exploded because they told me to use it wrong. This is a very poor company and poor communication between buyer and seller. Greed is not good for any company, I will not be shopping here ever again.

Didn't take my advice to either put tape round the envelope and change delivery company my 1st envelope was empty,second one no update on delivery, found it lying in the rain neighbour's said he threw it from the gate soaked and exact same tear at the corner maybe someone checking if they want it do not bother with the smiling cheery, £46 wasted crossbow was OK but do not use evri as the delivery method

So first of all my advise is don’t pay too much attention to what the website says, delivery and what’s in stock because it’s wrong.

I ordered the Orion iv which said 2-3 days delivery I think, waited a week then emailed them and they said it was out of stock but I could get a different one or wait 3 weeks.

They never replied to emails the same day so every email send and received was an extra day so it was painful.

Into the second week I ended up calling them and they answered and the guy was really nice he said they had the Orion iii in stock now and he will send it out today, and he did it came at the end of the second week.

For the difference in price instead of refund I ask them to send aload of bolts targets and string wax which came near the end of the 3rd week.

So I maybe should be giving less stars but the crossbow and extra bits are great I’m very impressed and they were always very nice and polite and helpful so I’ve gone for 4 stars

Been using crossbow for about 2 months now and I love it.

Best thing to do would prob be to call them see what’s in stock then order over the phone.

First class service,no messing about.. don't go anywhere else, I've had first class service,all e-mails answered promptly,

Looks like this company is now using fake reviews to counter the tsunami of 1 star negative ones. Thank you Trustpilot I nearly spent a lot of money with these possible fraudsters before i read these reviews. If they are indeed genuine why buy from them if you then cannot contact them you are just asking for trouble.

My item was delivered faulty and no refund or replacement has been issued. Beware very poor customer service. Dont buy from them
