I went inside this establishment, i was rudely greeted at the door by a woman who spat in my face. She then proceeded to put an extra small durex full feeling used condom. Then when i went to buy my groceries this woman was fingering her self on the oranges

Premier Stores at Bowmont Square in Bicester is an excellent store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good products at good prices - the Coffee and Walnut cake is addictive !! The cold room for beers and wines is an excellent idea - I use it for Kingfisher for with curries and Katy cider with anything else - already chilled so you can just purchase a bottle straight for the table. The shop is also handy for dropping off Royal Mail parcels. Definitely would recommend a visit.

Rhymney, South Wales branch, process on the shelves lower than what you're charged at the till. When I complained the shop keeper was rude and unhelpful.
Well never so here again.

My card got blocked by the card reader TWICE and it’s honestly a terrible shop… I do not reccomend coming here if u don’t want your card tk be blocked

Strathmartine Road Hilltown Dundee, owner of shop with his van hit my sisters small car, At first tried to deny, then with evidence says ok he’would address. 12 weeks later tried again to say no not me, The says his jam mechanic , Didn’t need a mechanic, Now in hands of police and solicitors,

Names for people like this, Think they are above the law Think they can do what they want Pillars of the community)

But how this is they treat what was a really good customer of theirs,

Very rude man who runs the shop and serves customers does nothing for premier chain. Has been like this since he took it over would not recommend.

The Kingsclere store is horrible! Don't bother going. The Costcutter is far better and is just around the corner. Had a horrible experience in there trying to collect a UPS parcel. Had proof of ID and email with tracking info and they were trying to say I had to call UPS customer services for a code to scan. Well, I'm sorry but NO I do not want to waste my time trying to do that. So I stood firm and eventually the server called the manager who allowed me to take MY parcel! They treat you like a criminal in there. Disgusting way to treat customers. What did we do before codes? A bit of common sense and customer service wouldn't go amiss.

To pay by card you need to spend a minimum of £5

Don't bother going in the Millbrook store near the towers there rude and nasty ..chucking things at customers and swearing her names Julie you should be sacked .. absolutely disgusting..and as for the manager not wanting to discuss it ..your not that good either so I will take it higher

Fridges never on so warm drinks also been sold gone off milk shakes plus cheese and cleanliness is 20 out 100 so never visiting again even though it's my closest shop I'm disgusted 😒 so u know it's Vauxhall street in Norwich NR2

Didn’t receive much help when I went to collect a parcel in Inverurie. DHL told me it was ready for collection, I went to the shop and the parcel was there with my name and address on it . They did not let me have it as their machine didn’t accept the DHL code . I let them see my DHL emails and the messages online. I just thought they could have been more helpful. I had the option of choosing a different collection store but as they are new I wanted to give them some trade . I won’t be doing that again though.

Out of date Pepsi zero date on the bottle was April 2025 we’re not in August 2025 so it’s four months out of date. The youngish lad tried to tell me it’s in date until I shown him today’s date. This should be date checked everyday or even every delivery date.

placed an order through the food hub app for tobacco products to be delivered from there Invergordon store and they canceled it without a reason or an apology
verry disappointing i was going to give them a go and shop regular with them as i am disabled well i wont bother in the future

Had a parcel delivered there at the Premier boslowick garage Falmouth Cornwall, was sent back apparently because they didn't like how royal mail addressed it lol, however on changing the parcel shop to send to, they have put me in the picture, they say that any excuse and the parcel goes back and various people have said how disgusting the service is along with certain people that work in the garage, had i known i would never have chosen as a parcel shop, that been said it's disgusting how they get away with it, all the poor people using them for parcel delivery and to be treated like that is just disgusting, please avoid using or you will get an unpleasant experience as I did,

They scammed me out of $50.

so bassically i went to buy some sneaky stardust gum i found mould, ittasted like ass although the rest was good and the service always smiling laughing

The little guy always grump and always want you to hurry even when no one else is in their kinda crazy if you ask me food is not nice at all except the peach rings they are good

The horrible vile shop assistant (foreign man with a stinking bad attitude) in this shop, needs SACKED! He is rude, ignorant!. I’ve been here twice recently and will not ever return, I’d rather travel an extra 30 miles than go back there, he was on the phone talking gibberish tongue, ignoring customers, and when he did open his vile mouth he was RUDE.. SHAME ON YOU PREMIER.. you need to do better!

very bad service, vewry little promotions

I had a deeply unpleasant experience at Oxshott Premier due to the behavior of a young cashier working there. Instead of providing basic customer service, he was rude, insulting, and even threatening toward me and others in the store. He seemed more interested in trying to intimidate customers than doing his job properly — at one point, he even laughed at someone and smugly told them he wouldn’t sell them a product, clearly trying to embarrass them.

This kind of unprofessional, disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a community shop. I won’t be returning unless this is addressed. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures staff are trained to treat customers with respect and decency.
