I have consistently had a disappointing experience at One Stop on Chipperfield Road. The customer service often feels unprofessional and inconsistent, with some customers appearing to receive much better service than others.

In my experience, the manager has been rude, unhelpful, and has not dealt with customer concerns appropriately. The store also frequently seems to have problems with equipment, such as fridges not working properly, and many everyday items are regularly out of stock.

Overall, I find the store to be poorly managed and unreliable. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and improves the professionalism of the staff, the management of the store, and the availability of products.

This is related to the One Stop shop in Twisden Rd, East Malling.

I’m rating this as 1 star due to one person only - sorry to the rest of the staff. Carrie, who wears a badge saying she’s the manager, is the most insolent, rude, miserable person I’ve ever encountered in a shop. She doesn’t interact, she just stands behind the counter and glares at you until you tell her what you want. No “yes please” or “can I help you” - not even a hi or hello.

Reading other reviews, it seems that this is normal behaviour in this shop. If you own this shop, I’d strongly suggest you get rid of her before she drives all your customers away.

I only go here for the Post Office services, as the PO in Martin Square is even worse for service, but I’m going to have to think of alternatives.

Really nice staff, convenient but sadly always closed when I need to go to shop there for essentials. The store has opening and closing times. Obviously; yet the store never tells you it closes when they get a delivery (which is every single time I go to the shop in the day time) so I usually have to go after work when I really can’t be bothered to go anywhere to buy anything. Also add to that the high prices. I only really get what I REALLY need, and if I want something like a treat, it’s only when they have a deal on. Other than that one stop is pretty unreliable. Yes I could go other places but they’re much further away and I don’t have the time and in hot weather it’s not ideal. I’ll certainly not stand out in the baking sun for doors to open. My solution; have more staff on.

We use this shop on a daily basis, but not anymore after today. Very rude staff on till huge attitude, ignorant... would not accept my evri parcel for return, really need a course on how to treat customers before they loose more. Closest shop to we're I live but I will not use again 😡

No milk in the St Neots shop in the morning, at breakfast time, and no delivery until lunchtime is the height of stock control idiocy. I miss living near NISA.

Crooks at the moment taking to small claims court supplied wrong part , returned but refuse to refund or communicate AVOID

Staff are harassing customers at the tills and people shopping here can be aggresive outside the shop and sometimes inside if you attend this shop for your personal needs you will leave feeling very upset or disapointed

One Stop East Malling is a joke. The woman was so rude, just shut it down and put something else there.

Was waiting outside since 5am desperate to get one box of pokemon for my daughters bday, was then told only 4 packs each when they opened at 6am, to later find out they sold all the boxes to the same guy that allways buys them! Me and daughters absolutely gutted!!! Feel discriminated against and they prioritise resellers over local kids!

Absolutely awful experience with One Stop. I ordered from One Stop on Exford Avenue, Southampton, 2 bottles of cider 2 litre volume for delivery, they substituted them with 2 bottles of ale 500ml volume, I really don't know how they can think this is a fair or reasonable substitute, the store owners obviously don't care about customer service just about getting money from you by any means. ABSOLUTE FRAUD

One stop Hawkenbury Tunbridge Wells. I have a message through Vinted that my parcel has arrived at the shop. I went there and a member of staff with red hair and glasses couldn’t have been less helpful if he tried. He obviously didn’t want to look through the packages, he quite honestly couldn’t be bothered. He didn’t help me in any way and while I was at the counter he was looking over my shoulder at another member of staff with long brown curly hair who was obviously making faces behind my back because when I rumbled her she skuttled off really quickly. I went back again and insisted he carry out another check . He found the parcel again reluctantly in a pile I hand asked him to check earlier but he hadn’t. He told me even though he had his hand on it that I couldn’t have it until tomorrow. My complaint is more about his attitude than anything else. I have lived on the same road as the shop for 26 years and shop in there often, I have had instances of bad service in the past but he is by far the worst member of staff yet. It really doesn’t take a lot to be nice and he obviously doesn’t want to work there, he made that very clear. Such a shame as it used to such a friendly shop. As always, absolutely great attentive staff, a first class bunch who need a bonus. My gripe is about the most ridiculous sandwich combo. The butty in question is the Beechwood Ham, Egg and Chips. Who on earth authorised this abomination of a sandwich needs their head wobbling, and all the others who agreed, a ham and egg sandwich with fry style chips, we all like a crisp butty, but on opening the fries looked like aged grated cheese, I didn't know what I was letting my self into, absolute rubbish sandwich and someone needs to be fired, I like butties so I need to be hired.

Recently I've just had a terrible experience in this shop being with my little child.
Staff not trained in customer service and conflict handling.
They where shouting on me , with no reason.
While I visited this store intending to drop off my small parcel with relay shopping provider.
I came one day earlier to send a little parcel with relay and asked politely with respectful friendly attitude another woman staff simple question "do you know why some of my parcels getting missed, lost by relay ?"
puzzled maybe they will give me some information as another people might complained on relay provider and probably is not reliable enough or it happened something else.
As she has printed the yellow label, I've looked into my bag and said that unfortunately I had forgotten the parcel at home, after a label had been printed already.
I said to her that I'll take that label home and will stick it on my parcel and will bring it to their shop to drop it off (as I know that second time won't be able to scan again the same barcode to print a label for my parcel to be sent and won't be possible to send it).
Next day I came to send my small parcel with the yellow relay label printed in their shop and put it in the relay drop off bag.
One of the staff ladies is nice,has lovely attitude.
But 2 others manifested rudeness.
I said I didn't accuse anybody personal, I've only asked a question .

Manager came and said "You not bother coming anymore in my shop to pick up any of your parcels because we cancel all of them ".
I was shocked by their attitude because it wasn't reason for this.
And where shouting on me that I am banned from their store.
As the conflict where created by them, escalated unnecessarily I picked up the parcel from relay bag, start recording video and I have audio recording as well of all these scene as a proof how it was.
Why I was told I am banned from the store?
I felt intimidated, uncomfortable, experiencing emotional distress because of their unfounded rudeness.

I was concerned their attitude might affect negatively my little child in pushchair might be affected emotionally and being traumatized.
It shouldn't be like this.
They need to apologize for this and to be accountable for their behavior, reconsider their behaviour

One member of staff very rude when serving just stands there talking to other staff dont ignores you and if you want a bag just throw it on counts

Great company, Very friendly and leave you alone to browse all cars. They are very friendly and very helpful. I got my last car from here and gave me a good price for trade in . Would go here every time brilliant

Went to one stop on Northampton Road, Wellingborough as I needed a replacement electric key, was told by the assistant that "we dont sell them" i explained to her that i was told by my energy company that if a shop has paypoint or payzone then they should stock the keys, she just "no its your energy companies problem" and that she "hasnt got time for this" Her attitude was appalling, no customer service at all. Head Office needs to look at the comments and train staff on customer service,

Following the recent change in management and staff the store is no longer the friendly local shop it was, it’s unorganised and quickly becoming scruffy.

Terrible service this evening from our local one stop over charged £4 wouldn’t let me see a the input just randomly put £20 as the value I asked if he was sure he said yep. No receipt no nothing.
