I had an excellent experience with Dr. Teleshman and his team. Everything was perfectly organised through Lucie from Praga Medica, who made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

From the very first consultation to the final result, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Dr. Teleshman is extremely skilled, attentive, and detail-oriented. He took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, which made me feel completely at ease and confident in the treatment.

The quality of his work is truly outstanding — I am absolutely delighted with my new smile.

The clinic itself is modern, well-organised, and the staff are all very friendly and supportive. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt very well looked after.

Had upper and lower bleth surgery. From the initial email asking for the cost, to after I got home from having the operation done, I cannot fault anything.

Wir haben uns von anfangen sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Es wird Deutsch gesprochen daher ist auch die Kommunikation super einfach.
Von Behandlung bis Unterkunft wurde uns geholfen und alles organisiert.
Sollten wir uns irgendwann noch einmal für diesen Weg entscheiden, würden wir immer wieder hier drauf zurückkommen.

Habe mich seit längerem mit einem Linsentausch befasst und letztendlich für Praga Medica entschieden und habe damit die richtige Wahl getroffen. Die ganze Organisation im Vorfeld und der Ablauf in Prag war top organisiert von Andrea. Hotel, Taxitransfer zur Klinik und die Betreuung in der Klinik selbst war perfekt. Alles lief ohne lange Wartezeiten ab. Mit der OP selbst war ich voll und ganz zufrieden, super Ärzteteam mit einer super Beratung vorab, welche Linsen für mich in Frage kommen. Das Klinikpersonal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bin jetzt endlich wieder Brillenfrei und sehe in die Ferne und Nähe wieder optimal. Kann Praga Medica ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen!

Caroline from Praga Medica supported superb, while dealing with my questions, concerns and coordinated everything with the clinic and the requested appointment - which was great!

Alles perfekt! Abholung, Übersetzer, Fahrer und natürlich die medizinische Versorgung und Betreuung. Hervorragende Behandlung. Ich bin überaus zufrieden und glücklich!

Outstanding.

1st. The clinic was easy to find.
2nd. I was accompanied from start to finish and walked to my transport.
3rd Met with Dr Faitova (surgeon) who gave me an honest opinion, she discussed what she was going to do and really made sure that she was going to get me the best outcome.
4th. The surgery, I had done under a local. Now I did think I’d see what was going on - you do not see anything.
5th. If you’ve had Botox you’ll sail through the injections around the eye, easy.
6th. The surgery. Never felt a thing.
7th. Here we go: Be shocked when you 1st see yourself, remember this is major surgery and you will not come out of the operating theatre looking like an angelic angel with flawless features (far from it) swelling but no pain.
8th. When you get back to your hotel or home it is vital to have a cold face pack for your eyes, make sure you put this on as often as possible and I mean as often, again no pain, swelling yes.
9th. Day 3 and 4 as stated this is the worse time - swelling WOW.
10th. Day 5 okay. Day 6 I took off my strips which were over the stitches what a relief and here’s the AMAZING thing.

The strips came off and I was literally stunned by the fantastic job Dr Faitova had done. I cannot see where the stitches have been put in, I cannot see any signs of the surgery apart from the now mild bruising and swelling.
What can I say, simply AMAZED by the skill and I would go as far as saying ART work on my eyes.
I’m 100 percent positive that in the following week my bruising will go down and long term I will not see any scaring.

Super, super happy already.

Would I go back for more work YES but I won’t be, I’m going with the flow of aging now; she says !
However I will recommend anyone who considers plastic surgery to use Dr Faitova.

I started my enquiry by talking to Jana regarding laser eye surgery she was amazing from the start she sorted everything out for me with confidence! I had the procedure done on the 6-7thJan 2026 and can honestly say everything ran so smoothly I have no problems in recommending Praga Medica they have transformed my eye sight at a fraction of the cost in the uk and I’m overwhelmed by the results and care I was given! I am now considering having rhinoplasty with the company! 🩷

Very professional service from start to finish. Picked up from the airport and taken to our hotel. went for initial eye examination next day. Bilateral surgery was carried out and clinic staff were very friendly and made you feel at ease during the procedure. Next day I could see an improvement in my vision and it has only got better since. After wearing glasses for the last 40 years it is a life changing experience. Could not recommend Praga Medica and Neovize highly enough.

I had my treatment organized through Praga Medica and overall I was very satisfied with the entire process. The communication was clear and reliable, which made me feel well taken care of from the very beginning.

I would especially like to highlight Marketa, who supported me throughout the process. She was always friendly, helpful, and took care of everything, which gave me a very reassuring feeling.

The organization around the procedure was mostly smooth. Appointments, processes, and all important information were explained clearly, which gives you a lot of confidence, especially when having a treatment abroad. Everything also worked well on-site.

The treatment itself took place at the Forme Clinic in Prague, with which I was also very satisfied. Dr. Berkes did an excellent job, and the entire team on-site was professional and friendly. To be honest, even the food there was really perfect – I didn’t expect that at all.

I deducted one star because the response times were sometimes a bit slower than I would have liked. It’s nothing major, but there is still some room for improvement in that area.

Overall, I can definitely recommend Praga Medica as well as the Forme Clinic. If you are looking for well-organized and stress-free support for medical treatment abroad, this is a great choice.

Ich habe einen Linsentausch mit Trifokallinsen und Lensx-Laser an beiden Augen vornehmen lassen.
Meine Erfahrungen:
Die Organisation und Betreuung durch Praha Medica war sehr gut, man wurde vorher und auch vor Ort ständig durch einen Mitarbeiter betreut, der mit Rat und Tat und hilfreichen Tipps zur Seite stand.
PrahaMedica ist nur ein Vermittler/ Betreuer, die eigentliche OP wird in der Klinik NeoVice am Rande der Stadt durchgeführt, worüber ich erst einmal erstaunt war, da das erst nach der ersten Anzahlung kommuniziert wurde.
Die Klinik ist modern eingerichtet und die Abläufe sind gut strukturiert.
Bis auf eine etwas gewöhnungsbedürftige Ärztin bei der Voruntersuchung, hatte ich einen positiven Eindruck von den Mitarbeitern.
Im Vorfeld wurde immer beschrieben, dass nur je ein Auge an einem Tag operiert wird, tatsächlich erfolgen die OPs unmittelbar nacheinander, jedenfalls bei allen Patienten, die zu dieser Zeit anwesend waren, hängt wahrscheinlich mit einer Kostenoptimierung statt.
Es werden fast immer Alcon Linsen eingesetzt, da die Zeiss Linsen laut Aussage oft zu klein sind?
Nach der OP hatte ich erst einmal einige Probleme, da meine Augen sich entzündet hatten, aber das ist wohl die Ausnahme.
Heute nach 4 Wochen kann ich sagen, die Sehschärfe stellt sich erst nach und nach ein, anfänglich konnte ich z.B. Beschilderungen in der Theke so gut wie gar nicht erkennen, jetzt aber schon. Störend sind nur noch die Corona Effekte um Lichtquellen, die blenden erheblich.
Ein Leben ohne Brille bringt aber natürlich viele positive Effekte vor allem in Bereichen und Situationen, bei denen keine Brille getragen werden kann.
Würde ich es wieder machen lassen? – Ja!

The clinic was clean, well organised and efficient, and I felt I was in safe hands throughout. The team explained everything clearly, answered my questions patiently and made me feel comfortable at each stage of the process.

The surgery itself was handled very professionally, and the aftercare advice was clear and helpful. I appreciated the attention and support I received, especially as eye treatment can feel quite daunting.

Overall, I am grateful for the care I received and would recommend the clinic to anyone considering treatment.

We did some research on the internet before we chose Prague Medica but our experience surpassed by far what we expected. Our point of contact throughout was Petra who could not have been more helpful, answered all our queries quickly. From being met at the airport, help with choosing the hotel, translators on hand to also assist during all arts of the process, the clinic staff, surgeons, everybody was absolutely fantastic.And the results were better than we both hoped. We would thoroughly recommend Prague Medica for anybody wanting eye lens replacement surgery.

After having lense replacement 3yrs ago,everything was fine for the first 8 months then i started to get floaters in my eyes causeing blurryness.i returned to the surgery,and they diagnosed secondary cataract which i payed a further 500 euro,they said i would have no more trouble.Now to the present day my eyes are worse still floaters ,black dots every day i am really depressed and frustrated,i have seen a specialist and was told its a gel in the back of the eyes that breaks down.i am so dissapointed and wish i never had them done costing all that money for this outcome.
