This review of Forme Clinic is definitely unfair and unrealistic. Over the past 8 years, my wife has had 3 surgeries with them: rhinoplasty, facial planning facelift, and more recently a breast uplift with implants. All three times, they were simply perfect and impeccable.

To avoid sounding like someone paid to praise them, yes—I do have a small criticism: I think they should try to understand what’s going on in the patient’s mind, rather than just carrying out a request from a “service catalogue.” Sometimes a patient who wants a glute procedure may have a different goal—maybe she’s an influencer focused on engagement, for example. In my wife’s case, she had the facelift, but because there wasn’t enough empathy to truly understand her expectations, she didn’t get the results she had imagined. This wasn’t directly Forme’s fault—the surgical work was perfect—but they could have asked her: “What result are you picturing, and what is your goal?” That would have managed expectations and might even have led to additional procedures being considered.

That’s my only criticism, because apart from that they are excellent and I highly recommend them. Research the procedure you want as much as possible before you go there—they are highly technical, but they don’t act like beauty consultants. They could perhaps hire someone to play that role alongside the doctor.

And anyone saying they are greedy is making an absurd claim. My wife wanted the breast procedure and also wanted liposuction at the same time, but they refused. They chose to be responsible, lose money, and prioritise safety. Can you be more professional than that?

One more thing: they see who knows how many patients per day. On the day of the last procedure there were around 5 people in reception waiting to see the doctors—do the maths and compare that with the number of people who have left reviews on this site. The reality is most people come here only when things go wrong—keep that in mind.

Thank you to the wonderful receptionists, nurses, doctors and anesthesiologists, for supporting my pre and post operations care, your kindness helped my nerves. Thank you to Dr Berkeš who gave me back my confidence, I’m amazed at my results.

Dr Berkeš is exceptionally skilled and straight away answered all my questions in the consultation. He is very thorough, with utmost consideration for the safety of his patient.

I was so nervous and his attention to detail with a friendly approach instantly calmed me. Most importantly, I felt safe and supported throughout my entire surgery and post surgery with him. I’ll be back to Forme clinic for any future surgeries.

Procedure: SMAS facelift, neck lift, upper blepharoplasty

I travelled to Prague in 2024 for a facelift, neck lift, and upper blepharoplasty after being referred by Praga Medica. While the booking process was smooth, my surgical experience and outcome were extremely disappointing.
My consultation with the surgeon (Dr Bayer) on the day of surgery was very brief. I later learned that the clinic schedules multiple surgeries daily, and I believe I was the fourth case, going into surgery around 9pm.
Initially, swelling masked the results. However, by three to six months post-op, it became clear that there was no meaningful improvement. Comparison of my before and three-month post-operative photos shows no visible improvement in jawline definition, neck contour, or lower-face support, despite swelling having largely resolved by that stage.
In addition, my post-operative photos show a visible lateral sweep line and contour irregularity around the sides of my face near the ear area, where the tissue appears pulled rather than naturally lifted. The overall facial contours do not transition smoothly, and the appearance is inconsistent with a well-supported facelift result.
After contacting the clinic, follow-up was minimal. Eventually, I was told my result was “good,” despite visible herniation, contour irregularities, and lack of lift. I was offered a paid neck lift (platysmaplasty), which the clinic stated was not a revision because it involved a different technique.
This led me to discover that I had not received a true neck lift, and that the facelift performed was a SMAS plication with lateral pull, which was unsuitable for my concerns and provided no lasting structural support. The neck procedure did not address the platysma, and the result appears to have failed early.
When I raised concerns that further neck work would not correct the overall problem, I was then upsold a deep plane facelift at considerable cost, despite the surgeon being in the early stages of performing this technique.
I have since been assessed by two independent surgeons, both of whom have confirmed significant deformity and damage due to poor and incomplete technique. I now require revision surgery. I have ongoing nerve disruption, visible contour distortion around the ears, and thick, painful hypertrophic scarring consistent with excessive tension.
This was a very expensive procedure for the technique used, with short-lived and inadequate results. I believe I was quoted based on what suited the surgeon rather than what was appropriate for my face.
I would not recommend this clinic for facial surgery and strongly advise others to research carefully and look elsewhere.
In response to the other reviewer referencing this review,it is accurate,I waited a long time to do it because I wanted to be honest. I didn't get a good result,my neck work was the absolute minimum you can do and still market it as a necklift. I don't believe this clinic or it's staff are bad and I was full of praise in the first two weeks, but two years on its clear my surgery failed. The technique was superficial and not appropriate for my concerns. I wasted my money and I don't feel I can recommend this clinic for facelift and necklift surgery because of this.

ich hatte im Mai 2025 eine Oberarmstraffung/ Bruststraffung.
Dr. Tomas Benes hat mich operiert.
Die Naht unter der Achsel ist aufgeplatzt.
Die Oberarme wurde sehr schlecht genäht, sodass ich eine große breite Narbe habe. Jetzt muss ich nochmals operiert werden. An meiner Brust hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis die Wunde wieder geheilt ist.
Wunde über 3 Monate!!!
Nachsorge überhaupt nicht!!!
Bei Nachfragen hieß es nur, gehen sie zu einem Chirugen in Deutschland.

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll, ich bin nur mehr verzweifelt…

Hab mich in dieser Klinik einer Po und Außenschenkel Straffung unterzogen…

Ich wurde an einem Montag operiert und am Mittwoch entlassen, in diesen Tagen wurde weder der Verband noch die Auflage des Bettes gewechselt. Ich hatte einmal einen Kreislauf zusammen Bruch, es kam erst jemand nachdem meine Freundin Hilfe holte.. das Läuten wurde ignoriert. Am Tag der Entlassung bekommt man Medikamente mit obwohl ich darauf hingewiesen habe auf welche Medikamente ich Allergisch bin wurden mir diese verschrieben. Es hatte dann zufolge das ich einen Allergischen Schock erlitten habe und mit dem Notarzt am selben Tag ins Krankenhaus gebracht werden musste, dort wurde auch noch festgestellt das ich eine schwere Infektion davon getragen habe… Ich musste 6 Tage im Krankenhaus bleiben und muss seitdem Antibiotika nehmen.

Als wäre das noch nicht genug hat sich durch einen Hohlraum ein Serom gebildet und ich muss seitdem jeden Tag ins Krankenhaus das sie mir das abpumpen Am ersten Tag wurde mir 550ml abgepumpen, am nächsten Tag 370ml und so weiter…

Dazu kommt das ich mich ständig von unseren Ärzten rechtfertigen muss warum ich das in Prag machen hab lassen und wenn es kein Notfall wäre ich mir diesen Pfusch in Prag in Ordnung bringen müsste…

Dann zum Ergebnis dieser Op… es ist so schlimm und schlecht das ich es kaum in Worte fassen kann… die Aussage eines Arztes der mich jetzt behandelt meinte er hätte noch nie ein so Grotten schlechtes Ergebnis gesehen und es grenzt an Körperverletzung, es hat sich dadurch absolut nichts verbessert sondern es wurde schlimmer gemacht, ich bin mit meinen Nerven am Ende… es wurde ein großer Traum zerstört .. und von der Agentur Med Royale braucht man sich nicht wirklich erhoffen das man Hilfe bekommt, ich wollte dort noch eine Bruststraffung machen lassen und es wurde Bereits die Anzahlung getätigt und nachdem was ich jetzt mitmache möchte ich mich dort nicht mehr operieren lassen, jetzt ist es so das die Agentur meint das ich um die Anzahlung Falle…

Bitte lässt die Fingern von dieser Agentur sowie von dieser Klinik, hier wird man nur über den Tisch gezogen, Menschlichkeit nicht vorhanden

Ich habe leider am 19.04.2024 eine Revisionsoperation (Oberlidstraffung) in Formé Clinic bei Dr. Xinopulos mit Hilfe Medical Travel Prag-Agentur gemacht. Die Beratung vor der OP war wünschenswert. Es wurden mir keine (Vorher-Nachher) Fotos bzw. Leistungsnachweise dieses Arztes vor OP gezeigt. Es wurden mir versprochen, dass die Narben entfernt wurden und die hängende Haut gestrafft wird. Das Ergebnis: ich habe neue Narben bekommen. Die Augen sehen geschwollen und asymmetrisch aus, vor allem am inneren Winkel.
Am außen Winkel die Haut hängt, wie früher und am rechten Augen mehr, als am linken.
Die rechte Auge ist somit total schief aussieht. Das habe ich die Medical Travel Agentur gemeldet. Als Antwort habe ich eine Empfehlung bekommen die Narben-Druckmassage zu machen. Und einen Hinweis, dass ist eine Revisionsoperation ist. Nach einem Jahr ist es nicht besser geworden. Also, ich kann diese Leistung nur als mangelhaft bewerten. Meine Augen vor dieser OP haben besser ausgeschaut. Ich bereue sehr diese OP bei Formé Clinic.
Ich möchte die Leute vor solchen "Profis"warnen.

Achtung - in der Forme Clinic wurden viele Fehler gemacht, und die Nachsorge fehlte! Steril war es leider auch nicht. Ich wurde in der Klinik mit serratia marcescens infiziert, und muss 2 verschiedene Antibiotika einnehmen. Mein Körper ist seit 6 Wochen sehr geschwächt, und es wird noch viele Wochen dauern um hoffentlich gesund zu werden. Erst danach kann eine Korrektur in Deutschland stattfinden. Wenn Ihnen Ihr Leben wichtig ist, vermeiden Sie es sich dort operieren zu lassen. Ich muss täglich behandelt werden, und es geht mir sehr schlecht. Alle Versuche über whatsapp Hilfe zu erhalten scheiterten über 1 Woche. Es wurde einfach nicht geantwortet. Eventuell hätte sonst vor Weihnachten noch etwas gerettet werden können. Es gibt keine Partnerärzte in Deutschland. Nun bin ich bereits seit 4 Wochen arbeitsunfähig ( und mindestens für weitere 2-3 Monate), und wenn in ein paar Wochen hoffentlich der Eiter aus meinem Körper ist, muss ich wieder operiert werden. Das ist viel schwerer, da nun ein riesiges Loch in meinem Bauch ist. Lassen Sie sich nicht blenden, bitte. Es klang alles so gut, und nun ist es ein Horrorfilm, der mich in die Klinik hier in Deutschland zwingt. Hoffentlich kann ich andere Menschen hiermit schützen.Vermittelt / Vetrag durch Med Royal. Andernfalls hätte ich diese Klinik aufgrund der zahlreichen schlechten Bewertungen nicht gewählt.

Plötzlich verlangt die Klinik eine Referenznummer von mir. Wo soll diese Nummer sein? Man kann hier doch nachlesen, welche Negativerfahrungen meine Vorgängerinnen gemacht haben! Jedesmal wenn die Klinik mich zwingt meine ehrliche Bewertung zu löschen, werde ich 2 weitere Bewertungen abgeben, auf allen möglichen Portalen.

Be careful - many mistakes were made in the Forme Clinic and there was no aftercare! Unfortunately it was not sterile either. All attempts to get help failed for over a week. There was simply no response. Maybe something could have been saved otherwise. There are no partner doctors in Germany. I have now been unable to work for 6 weeks (and for at least another 2-3 months), and when the pus is hopefully out of my body in a few weeks, I will have to have another operation. That is much more difficult because there is now a huge hole in my stomach. Please don't be fooled. It all sounded so good and now it is a horror film that is forcing me to go to the clinic here in Germany. Hopefully I can protect other people with this.

What a horrible experience , went to have upper and lowered Blepharoplasty done had been planning it for months … booked flights hotel , week before the clinic asked lr to changed my surgery by a day which I did , went to get bloods done day before surgery so excited to get a call to say see your GP when you get home we can’t do surgery as my bloods were not right , so devastated had to spend a see in Prague … asked about my €500 deposit and was told not refundable is it was my fault the surgery was cancelled 😡 but they would give me € 250 credit off another surgery , I returned home has my bloods done here which were perfect …. Do your research before going to get work with this surgery I did even get to see or have a consultation and am now at the loss of €500

I had surgery back in 2018 fully tummy tuck and breast implants (which never got done) due to me nearly dying from blood lose (which was blamed on me).

This year I underwent reconstruction surgery to my abdomen (by a doctor in the uk) to find out that this hospital had NOT DONE A FULL TUMMY TUCK.. but had charged me full price for one.
now I understand my life was at risk but no one in the clinic had told me the procedure wasn't fully complete.

The English (NHS PLASTIC SURGEON) who done my reconstruction surgery this year told me there was no scar tissue above my belly button which ment a full tummy tuck had never been done only a mini. but still I was charged for a full and not even told this!!!

come April I informed forme clinic of my surgeons findings and asked for my medical report and theatre report TO BE SENT so me and my surgeon here could go through it and GUESS WHAT NO FILES HAVE BEEN SENT!! it does not take 9 months for thearte records to be sent over.... my surgeon now has his Secutery chasing them and also I have emailed them myself (AGAIN) AND no files HAVE BEEN SENT YET just a picture of a new belly button!!!

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO PROVE THAT MY SURGEON IS WRONG... BUT 9 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE AND THERE JUST AVOIDING EVERYTHING!!!

IN ALL HONESTY they need to be refunding me my money back other wise I will be taking this further!!!

They have not got back to any emails since last year have not sent any medical information over that myself or the hospital have asked for.

Avoid this clinic at all costs. I spent 10k on procedures and 5k on travel and hotels after being referred to Forme through Praga Medica in Prague. I had 2 disastrous procedures with 2 different surgeons. I have fought with the clinic for refund. Instead of offering a refund, they asked me to pay another 4k to go back for more surgery. The owners do not care less when their surgeons (Dr. Bartaskova and Dr. Bayer) make a mess of procedures. However as I fought this over the past few months to get this resolved but instead of offering a fair refund, they tried to make out that I needed a whole other procedure to remove my salivary gland. They asked me to pay another 4k for doing it too!!. They do botch job work and rip people off then try to charge people more money to travel again to get procedures redone. Disaster. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I had Gyno surgery completed by Dr. Radek Lhotský and the first thing to note is how invisible the scars are. The shape, symmetry, and general aesthetic of the results are truly impressive. I got my stitches removed in the UK by an NHS nurse and she repeatedly said how good it looks.

I now wear t-shirts without feeling self-conscious and can really see the shape of my chest from working out, which I couldn't before. It was completely worth it and I would highly recommend.

I would also like to add that Jana, the nurse at the clinic was brilliant. Great care, very professional and a very nice person.

I have had two surgeries here (the first by a Dr who no longer works there). She was good but the clinic staff upstairs were questionable. I was put in a room and told to shave my armpits when I asked why they told me that's what is needed for breast implants, fine but I was having a facial procedure. They then realised there error and put me in a different room. The nurses (not sure if that's what they are) were lacking in empathy and quite simply rude and gave me a pill to prepare me for my surgery. Little did I know this was a sleeping pill!
They swiftly wanted me out of the bed on discharge and kept asking me when the taxi was coming.
My second surgery was by Dr Lhotsky which I was looking forward to as I had heard great things. However during the consultation I didn't feel consulted. I found him arrogant, disinterested in my thoughts and just wanted to serve his ego and anyway of making more money off me as possible for instance I was quoted for lipo but he said I will take a bit off most patients like to come.back for several sessions! Not when they're flying in from different country they don't, therefore I didn't get what I paid for. The result is passable. The nursing staff this time were a little better but the buzzer didn't work, I again was given the pill to make me sleep!!! And despite having to stay in an extra night I wasn't fit to be discharged, yet they did - no doubt they needed the room.
I do need other surgery and I have opted for another clinic after these experiences combined. There are other clinics that don't charge as much that offer better. You don't always get what you pay for.

I had upper blepharoplasty with Dr Xinopulos who was amazing. I was extremely anxious & nervous, but have wanted & needed to get this procedure done for so long. Dr Xinopulos & his team were very calming, thoughtful and reassuring during the whole procedure, & before I knew it, it was over! 6 weeks post op & I am amazed how quickly I have healed with very little evidence - results already are unbelievable. If you are thinking of it, just do it. You won't regret it.

Had an amazing experience at Forme Clinic. The team is amazing and highly processional. I felt very safe in capable hands of Dr J Bayer who delivered a fantastic result. It has been 2 weeks and 2 days but I can already see massive improvement on my face.

I’m three weeks post op Body jet liposuction of my abdomen, hips and arms by Doctor Baran. The result is great and it’s still not the final result.

Ich habe mich einer Bauchdecke straffung,einer Oberarmstraffung sowie einer Bruststraffung inkl.Fettabsaugung und Diastaseschliessung bei Dr.Benes unterzogen, das war gestern.Gerade liege ich noch in der Klinik und kan zumindest sagen,dass ich mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben fühle.Das Personal ist Bett und das Essen ist gut.Natürlich habe ich noch Schmerzen und kan das Ergebnis noch nicht sehen aber bisher istalles gut.

I went here 18th august 2023 for a facelift with dr sedivy. I asked for lower blepharoplasty surgery as well but didn’t end up going for it. Consultation with dr sedivy was rubbish I couldn’t hear a word he was saying and when asked to repeat what was said he got easily agitating and muttered something in his own language. he told me all could be done with local anaesthetic I had no idea what this was but just knew I would be awake. Price and details all discussed and agreed before going to the clinic until you get there and there is communication barrier and miss understanding with prices he just seems to keep adding extra to it(other reviews of this place say the same regarding pricing)the ladies here are 100% the best experience about this place they are so attentive and caring but not dr sedivy. I emailed clinic not long after saying I didn’t see much difference they asked me to give it more time fair enough I also said how I felt 1 side was rushed through more than the other and they said about skin and tissue not always being same on both sides true I don’t know about surgery as I am not a surgeon but I do know the side that got less attention is hanging more than the other.I am 6 weeks post op and still see no difference so here I am £3400 down(not including flights, transfers and hotel)with no difference to face and lower lids not done I cry everyday I can’t even look at myself in the mirror. I am not saying avoid the clinic that wouldn’t be fair as the young ladies who work here are lovely just avoid dr sedivy at all cost. I have emailed the clinic regarding my concerns and awaiting a response I will update when I have it

I travelled here from the U.K. for 3days.I'm 5weeks post op.i had an uplift and implants with Dr Sedivy.im 100% satisfied with my results..my cuts aren't too big they're under my crease and neat.nipples have sensitivity and nice shape.no problems healing.i love my new breasts.The staff are lovely the place is clean and the food was lovely.i will be back for more treatment.thank you 😊

I underwent liposuction of my thighs and abdomen with Dr Baran, because even exercise didn't work on these areas. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick consultation(which was online) and the procedure. The communication with the doctor and the clinic staff was perfect. The procedure was done under local anesthesia. I did not feel any pain during the procedure and the recovery was not painful either. I am very satisfied with the result and the post-operative care. I would recommend him to anyone considering this procedure.
