How can dealers like this can survive in the market.
with a rude and arrogant attitude from their staff.
Very much disappointed because of rude and arrogant attitude. We feel like we are gone to beg from them, not to enquire about the cars and feature, this is how we were treated when we went to ask for car and details. We changed our mind not to buy from them due to this and hence why I personally appeal from bottom of my heart not to bother with this dealer.

Claiming they are the best in the industry since 20 years which is absolute nonsense because the graph of poor reviews in trust pilot proves that how long more you will be able to survive in the market with such disgusting attitude towards your customers.

This is a genuine warning to not give this company your business. Purchased a car then told we have to wait 6 weeks. Tried phoning for days on end but got no answer after putting down £500 deposit. Useless and unprofessional. Avoid these cowboys!!

They failed to answer why they didn’t answer the phone for 3 days!!! Cowboys . Do not give these con men a penny!

Couldn't have had a better experience buying a car! Tom Cullen helped me along the way, sending videos and even going into finding and helping sort it's service plans, he was there every step of the way!

Collecting the car couldn't be easier, reserved online, they send videos and sorted any questions I had, i went down to see them and within half an hour I had traded my old car in and was away in my new one, very covid safe and pleasant to deal with, would highly recommend them!!

Bought my Volkswagen Polo from them recently. Great customer service and communication throughout purchase. Cannot fault them and would use them again for my next car. Highly recommend.

We purchased a Nissan Qashqai around 5 months back now, no issues with it whatsoever. A smooth, quick, transparent and extremely easy buying process. Credit to Craig and the team, Tom was especially helpful with any questions and queries we had, would highly recommend. Won't be looking any further than Powerlease for any future car purchases, thank you!

Bought a BMW from Powerlease in December and found the customer service to be good. The car has been great and haven't had any issues with it after 3 months of ownership.

I had to buy the car using their click & collect service, which wasn't through choice but a necessity under the Covid restrictions in place at the time. I wasn't able to go and view the car beforehand for this reason but was offered a whatsapp video call viewing instead. This couldn't take place for a day or so as they were very busy at the time, however I decided to go ahead with the purchase anyway feeling comfortable that I could return it within 14 days under distance selling regulations if necessary. I did head over when they were closed to take a sneak peek at it on the forecourt through the fence.

The car was very competitively priced and I'm extremely happy with the deal that I got. I had been tracking the price of that particular model for a few months and it was the best price I had seen from a dealer.

The reason why I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is because it wasn't disclosed to me that it only had 1 key until after I had paid in full and arrived to collect the car. A lesson learned for myself for not asking, but perhaps this should have also been mentioned to me by Powerlease.

That said, I would happily use Powerlease again for my next car purchase.

This is why people go to available car and Arnold clark, cause they get rubbish service from an independent business and never want to go back.

Photoshopped advert pictures, hiding damage, misleading write up stating full vosa history and service history, car had 1 stamp in 6 years. Total waste of time. And dealers wonder why they have a bad reputation.

I would like to report these scammers. He conned my husband for a car. Took deposit from him and didn’t give him a car. Now when he is asking for deposit the person David never pick his phone, always rude and don’t return the deposit. I have reported to police , fca, trading standards police and now soon ill take them to court as i got all recordings messages.
They are lying they did not offer any car even what they committed they didnt fulfillthat and they ate our deposit didnt give us a car never we still chasing them and even thou ceo oliver called my husband and pretend it to that he didnt know anything and he will sort that out but still its been a month oliver and david is like the same givibg you bulshit stories

I went and looked at a Mazda 6 2014 estate, took it for a test run and agreed a price on part exchange for my Jaguar Xtype which i was told even though being immaculate condition they wouldn't be able to sell so i would have to take a low part ex offer, fair enough i thought, however they then took £100 off that part X price because i was paying by credit card ( I said i would be paying on card within the first 5 minuets of being there) but that is fair enough it costs them to process the card and they are not aloud to charge a fee legally so thats how they get round it.but to charge another £199 admin fee is a absolute kick in the nuts I got to say the saleman i dealt with knew very little about mazdas or cars in general was told it had a full service history it did not, was told powerlease had given it a service before i purchased it so fair enough . Every time i attempted to negotiate he had to go ask the boss so it took near enough all day there to sort out price part ex etc. I did the deal then and there part Ex'd and drove away within 3 hours the car had a major fault ( oil pressure issue) so next day i contacted them saying they need to pick the car up and sort it or refund me and give me back the Jaguar I part ex'd less than 12 hours ago, to which i was told the Jaguar had already gone ( so much for not being able to shift it ) I was informed I would have to get the car back there for them to look at,after a few more phone calls they eventually arranged to pick the car up and sort out the issue however could not provide me with a car while this was being repaired, they also point blank refused to contribute to a hire car that i would need to go to work, it cost me another £200 for a hire car and 2 weeks later the Mazda was sorted,i got the car back and its been a decent motor, I took it in for a early than recommended Service where i found out the filters on air and fuel had not been changed for a very long time so lied to about them servicing it as well. I can not really recommend Powerlease there customer service is very poor, there prices look cheap but when you ad on admin fees etc it really bumps the price up, im sure they have very many happy customers however i am not one of them and they didn't seem bothered if i was or wasn't

I put a deposit down for an Astra, we test drove it looked it over and there was no indication of a fault with the car. We then arranged to collect the car a week later, however on the way to the dealer we received a phone call stating they had found a fault on the car and it will take a week to rectify. I don't know what happened in the week that they had the car, but they only found the fault when I went to collect the car, which seems very suspicious to me and now the dealer will not return my deposit despite the car being faulty. They also provide a 7 day money back guarantee if a fault is found, they have refused to return my £500 and not what I expected when buying from an dealer who signed the AA dealer promise. If a fault is found within 30 days.

I contacted powerlease regarding a car I saw advertised on their website. I wanted to go and view the car that afternoon but was told the car was being used by a member of staff and it wouldn't be there. I arranged with the gentlemen on the phone to view the car the following day and agreed on a time, when I got there, car wasn't there. I then requested I come back over the weekend to view the car and was told the staff member using the car doesn't work weekends and the car wouldn't be here?? I went away bemused. Do they actually want to sell this car??

Needless to say I bought a great car from another dealer, however Powerlease really missed out on a sale here due to poor customer service.
