Very efficient set up and super helpful staff

Potton should be called Spott On! We are just at the beginning stages of working on our design brief and its hugely exciting but also a little daunting; but we feel in very safe hands with our wonderful Design Consultant Dan and also with everyone we have had the pleasure to meet who work for Potton. They have ALL been so friendly and knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. Although they must have heard the same questions and concerns hundreds of times before they always make time for us. Customer service is a rare commodity these days and we have been blown away that for this company it still matters. I wont list the names of those we have met and who have patiently helped us - but they know who they are - so we just want them to know that they are incredible ambassadors for Potton, in particular, and Kingspan in general. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent half day talk by Paul Newman about How to find a plot. Thoroughly covered all topics with lots of questions discussed.

First time attending the Potton St Neots Show Village and self build workshops.
A very warm welcome awaited with tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival. The seminar itself was both an excellent overview and a detailed look into the subject topic (finding land on this occasion).
A delicious and generous lunch was provided after the seminar providing an opportunity to mingle with the other guests.
The various show homes are then open to walk around at your leisure which makes for a very interesting end to a great day.
If you are looking seriously at your own self build, I would highly recommend visiting Potton to start your journey and will be doing so again very soon.

Definitely worth visiting and very knowledgeable people.

The briefing was informative and entertaining. I learned a lot about the pitfalls of building your own dream home, as well as ways of getting around them. Much food for thought and I'd recommend that anyone thinking of undertaking such a venture does not do it lightly and asks the experts!

Both experts we chatted to at the NSBRC in Swindon, appeared to really know their stuff and were more than happy to spend the time answering our questions. They even offered to follow up on email after the event. It made me feel more confident that when we find our plot of land, Potton could well be the partner we work with on our dream home build.
