Fed up with my existing provider 'price-hiking', I opted for POP Telecom. A modest saving in reality but it meant my landline got the digital upgrade before the final deadline.

Initial contact with the company was excellent and good communications via email. A date was set for installing the digital line outside and a further date for connecting it internally. Only waited a week to 10 days for install. The guy from Open Reach arrived in good time and got the connection into my flat completed with no problems.

The router had arrived by post and I then set about getting it plugged up. I have to say that some printed information in the box was really needed as someone who was not familiar with such things would struggle. AI came in handy to check the detail on this. Internet worked superbly, as did outgoing calls, but I then discovered that incoming calls received an engaged tone.

Chased this up via email and this morning spoke on the phone to Alfred in technical support who got things working with 10 minutes, tops. Excellent service. Highly reccommended.

I haven’t placed an order with this company and I certainly won’t be after my experience with just simply browsing their website.

I was browsing for broadband deals and checked out their website, I found a package and added it to basket with details. At the last minute, I decided it wasn’t for me.

Since then (3 days ago) Pop Telecom have called me 7 times (also from a withheld number after I blocked them), sent me 4 text messages and 5 emails asking why I didn’t complete my purchase.

Excellent customer service firstly from Alfred who dealt with my complaint about having no Internet and also to Josie for the follow up call to check everything went ok and the problem was fixed.

I needed some advise and help regarding my Internet and I was put through to a very polite and friendly person straight away called Chris. Excellent customer service, help me undertand the issue if there was one and offered multiple solutions. I came away very happy with the service I received and was a delight to speak to Chris. Thank you Chris 😊

The internet stopped working so I rang and spoke to a very friendly and polite agent named Alfred who couldn’t have been more helpful.
We got cut off, he rang me immediately to continue the personal service he was offering.
The customer is an elderly person living alone and Alfred’s support, listening carefully and understanding the issues led him to offer to contact Open Reach to get the matter resolved asap.
His empathy and professional approach gave great reassurance to me and the householder.
Too many companies are available only via a ChatBot which I don’t appreciate; thank you Alfred and Pop Telecom for the prompt and personal service.

I wanted a cheap simple internet connection just to connect my Hive heating to my phone. The Pop Telecom account is just perfect for this and when I needed backup for a technical issue today Alfred at Pop Telecom was able to resolve my problem and provide me with a new router.

Had an issue with not receiving calls to the landline having just joined Poptelecom. Called them up and they answered quickly and Cris. the technical support assistant resolved the issue within minutes. So nice to speak to someone knowledegable so quickly unlike other companies.
