Tricky advertising
The website said they would cover all taxes and duties for international orders. However it’s not the case. I was billed for import duties.
Contacted their representative and I was told that I should keep up to date with the tax regulations of my own country.
I wouldn’t buy from them anymore, for those who want to buy from a company who knows what they are doing, go to Euro-poppers.de

Scam website.. I ordered and never received my order and when I ask for refund they say only when we received back your order and they never received it for over a month now, if they even sent in the first place.

Sadly we do not have access to your order number or your email address via this review. Great supplier lots of choice
I've been using these guys for nearly 3 years and I've never had an issue with their products. Always arrived really quick (to UK) with tracking number. I only use them because you cannot get genuine Amyl based poppers in the UK. I've tried to use UK based suppliers but i find their products are not as potent, not as described or the quality is terrible and expensive!
I'll continue to use these guys.

I was amazed by the customer service. My first shipment got stuck in my country's customs, but the support team went above and beyond to help me. They sent a replacement package and even updated my delivery address. Communication was smooth and incredibly supportive.
The product was genuine and good.

One of the best Online poppers retailers. I have done a few orders now over the years. ALL my orders have arrived without any problems. Never have I received a broken, cracked or opened bottle. They packaging they use are much better now with Bubble wrap and special containers. They honour their loyalty system and do a couple of specials during they course of the year. Very responsive customer support! Quick and hassle free communication
I’ve been buying Poppers from Poppers Aromas for about a year now and I always loved how quick and easy the process is with them. Poppers are very good and have never failed me. Delivery is also always quick and the products are delivered in discreet, tight, sealed, and cushioned boxes. I have never received leaky bottles from this company!
Last December, I made an order which I hoped and expected to arrive in early January. But alas, they never arrived. That was a big order, too so I had to contact their customer support for the first time. Sent an email last week and they replied within the day! Investigation happened quick and hassle-free and after just about a week, I have finally received my aromas today - all intact and delivered with care! I’ve always been a fan of their line up but now I’ve just become a loyal fan. Don’t think I’ll ever try other shops again for my aroma needs. :)

Ik heb een speciaal product besteld in een speciale verpakking. Er wordt mij een product in een compleet andere verpakking geleverd.
De getoonde verpakking op de site was de enige reden om dit product te bestellen. Ik wil mijn geld terug. Dat wordt immers gegarandeerd. Dit weigeren ze tot op heden!

This website is a total scam - no delivery and no refund
This website is a total scam. I never received my order, they tell me it's because of customs and promise a refund within a week. A year has gone by and I followed up 3 times but no one responds. I finally wrote from a different email address and they finally responded saying they changed their mind about the refund and thats the reason they ignored me this whole time. What kind of service is that?? very disappointing.

I deeply regret this frustrating situation.
When customs rejected your package, my colleague at the time didn't mention we needed to wait for the parcel to be back intact to process a refund.
Sadly, customs destroyed it, and she didn't follow up which we regret. As I explained in our conversation, that person is no longer in the company because of such errors.
We read and answered your recent message a year later, but as we told you, we never received any of the previous emails you mentioned. We completely regret this situation, but we have never told you we ignored you because we didn't want to refund you; we did explain exactly as we did here that your messages were not received.
We hope we'll have the chance to dispatch products to your destination in the future.

My package was mis-shipped by the carrier. Customer service {Lucy} tracked it down quickly and resent it to me. Then the USPS lost the package in Memphis, again Lucy tracked it and got it delivered in 3 days.

This is an absolutely great company with an excellent service! Yes, I had to wait for an answer for about 5 days what they warn about, but immediately solved all the problems! Local post has been losing the parcel for the second time, which is very sad! But I always get a second parcel without paying a cent! Thank you so much !!! This is a very reliable and serious store! Company has always sent quality…
Company has always sent quality product. I’ve ordered five times and all successful. Shipping comes in quick and have had no problems with customs. Only order 6 or so bottles and you should clear customs. Only problem I’ve ever had was a bottle that slightly leaked otherwise everything was great. My partners always ask me where I get my product and they have ordered also.

The current delivery time for Denmark is normal. You left your review exactly on the same day you wrote to us so it's hard to defend ourselves.

Just to be clear to our readers, you placed only one order with this website, and 3 with a sister company.
You placed a very large order to a country you were not sure you could import this product.
You blame it on us the delivery wasn't attempted when we told you the package was returned because of the rejection.
When rejection happens, we always do our best to offer a solution, but since you had 18 bottles in your package when we usually advise to order 5 or 6, we need to know the shape of your bottles when they come back.
You contacted the sister company and not us, so please send us an email to see what we can do.

Customs Issue
Giving this 3 stars because the company has done me no wrong before, but I had issues this time around. I've ordered item(s) that were confiscated and even after emailing and more than a week of waiting, I haven't gotten a single reply. I'm still hoping that we're able to resolve this, if possible.

BAD COMPANY!!
I bought from them few times and never been very happy, this last time was very bad and I will not buy here anymore. Order was place on a Monday so plenty of time to send the item, it came Tuesday of the following week, charging £9 for delivery this is a joke, Sunday I left to Spain for holidays so I couldn't take then with me and I had to spend money over there. I came back from holiday and one of the bottles BAD POPPER 24ML was all wet and almost not liquid inside, the sealing was open and it cost over £10 pounds, unacceptable. I know customers service is bad so I didn't bother yesterday to contact them. Very unprofessional, inaccurate delivery and over priced. EXLGBDEJZ this is my reference order number to verified that I am a genuine

First of all Aromas customer service you are confusing me with your replied because nothing match with my order. I did never received my order in 5 days, I did never pick up anything from a post office as I was in Spain, and got no clue about any offer or gift or whatever you talking about. Also now you got one star down thsn before and on top of that I will report you to trustpilot and take legal action for defamatory and false statement as I got prove of that so I will suggest you to remove your reply as soon as possible.
And one more thing, truspilot is not the page of your website, we know that, but is one of the most important, reliable and trusted website to write and read reviews, so not doing very good on here your company isn't?

We have nothing more to prove, our readers do not need to have your personal information and they're not displayed here anyway to compare.

You picked it up the next week and we're sorry if you couldn't have your products earlier.
This is a pretty average delivery time considering customs controls that are a consequences of Brexit.
You did contact us, so I guess we're more reliable that you admitted.

You were angry because we started a free poppers offer right after you received your parcel so you wanted us to send the gift on its own at our expenses, which we won't, we apologise. Edit for this part for honesty : After checking with my colleague, this was not the gift bottle from the offer, but a gift my colleague placed on hold in your account as compensation because you were upset.
