Leaking bottles are delivered. Customer service is promising fairytales. Haven't been refunded nor delivered new regular bottles.

Second package i ordered both have had issues with leaky bottles. This one was vacum sealed packed in foam wrap. No smell,
Only money lost.bottle per order isnt bad when shipping over seas.

I actually can say that this is very trash company with poor communication skills especially when it comes to people's money and time and energy ordered a package and still have not yet received it or received an update or any kind of reimbursement for the items and the shipment reached out to UPS they gave me a bunch of BS and beat it around the Bush a lot then I contacted the company who also repeated the same actions I will not prefer them to refer them to anybody Even if I was paid to refer I would not refer the. My have been forgot and the abyss of BS From UPS and the company at hand I will never ever ever ever purchased anything from them again'cause I took a chance and gambled and they lost so if I Nintendo wasting money and like throwing your money down the trash then by any means you can shop with them but if not I will refer you to go to twisted beast.com or mainlab For all your cleaning Sol in other personal solvents.

So this is it reply to the reply that they sent me I did reach out in contact you all before making a claim and nobody responded when it comes down to people's money people will take it seriously so it's not a thing of me not wanting to contact yo y'all don't respond in time and then you have to wait for people to contact you through a chat You have to wait till y'all email people back which is BS y'all should have a better way of communicating with your customers or having a better way for customers to communicate with y'all.
Secondly it may have been at the depot but it was told to me as you can see the screenshots that it was out for delivery so how can it have not clear customs but it says it clear customs and it's out for delivery All at the same time I'll never had that problem with twisted beast or any other websites of that nature so maybe it's something that you guys are doing wrong or whatever it is it needs to be fixed

Thoroughly understand the changes over the last few months. Shipping fees, tariffs, incurred costs. All understandable; all good. Main thing is that on several of the aromas that I ordered recently as well as on a previous order, it seems as if there was a change in the formula to the same aroma I ordered last year. Apart from that, all good. Thanks.

I thanks a lit for the great service I received. I am actually a loyal customer since few years. In the last case, unfortunately the UPS delivery company lost my parcel, it's never been found. Poppers Aromas kept their interest in the subject in every step. Even they send me my purchase again. Great service. I deeply recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery speed and service. I have spent €170 for nothing. I placed my order on January 5th with the expectation that I would receive it by January 7th or 8th at the latest.

As of today, January 9th, I still have not received my items. I explicitly informed your team that I would be leaving Rome on January 9th. If delivery within that timeframe was not possible, I should have been notified in advance. Since I am leaving today and the package has not arrived, I need an immediate solution regarding a refund or a redirect
