We arrived to very smiley helpful members of staff. Our salesman Tim was fantastic. He was patient with us as we were not sure what to buy at first.. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained about all the services Audi provide.. He made us feel very comfortable and kept in touch with us until our car arrived . Thankyou 😊

Fantastic customer experience with Hayley Keeping at Poole Audi
My recent experience with Hayley Keeping at Poole Audi has been fantastic. I was slightly daunted at the thought of purchasing a car from a dealership and expected a pushy approach, however this wasn’t my experience at all and Hayley made me feel reassured throughout the entire process.
Everything was so easy - communication was great, all paperwork was sent and signed electronically, and the handover process was comprehensive. I am so delighted with my new car and Hayley’s personable and sincere demeanour made my experience relaxing and enjoyable.

Great experience purchasing our new Q3
Great experience purchasing our new Q3 from Poole Audi.
Professional and personnel throughout the process.
Made us aware of all the options available with out pressure which was refreshing and appreciated.
New car was forced and made available within a week which assisted out diary.
Our new car was presented impeccably and all controls clearly explained. All in all a great experience from an attentive team.

Highly recommend Poole Audi…
If you are looking to purchase an Audi then I highly recommend Poole Audi and especially Laura, who is an amazing sales specialist. She answered all my many questions quickly and everything was explained thoroughly.
Collecting the car felt special and Laura took the time to go through the many features of the car. This was very important to me as my new car is a huge upgrade compared to my previous car.

Pleased to use Poole Audi
Using Poole Audi is very easy. The service staff were very attentive, polite, and knew what was needed.
I was invited to have a seat and offered a drink while I waited.
The small job didn't take long, I was offered a car wash and nothing seemed too much trouble.
I certainly wouldn't hesitate to go back for any work required.

A wonderful experience in the show…
A wonderful experience in the show room, the car all laid out perfectly and the staff are all smart and welcoming.
I part exchange my car and the car I chose was not available to see but a lower spec car was on the forecourt to see I was seen by the sales advisor Tim Alford and was very impressed with his knowledge of this car as it was new to Audi SQ5, I was worried when we went to collect the but car it excided my expectation as Tim said he was perfect in his description.

Good experience from start to finish.
My whole experience with Poole Audi has been brilliant. I have always had BMW in the past but decided to give Audi a try and so far am not regretting it. The sales team were brilliant and were not pushy. The A1 that I have purchased has been brilliant. Fun, nippy and a pleasure to drive. Went back to manual and have found the six speed gearbox really good.

10 out of 10. Personal service.
Would highly recommend had excellent service, answered emails promptly and returned phone calls the same day. Picked me up from the station when I came to collect my car 10 out of 10. Bottle of wine on collection of my car was a nice touch, I have never had that before from other Audi dealers and this is my fifth Audi A5.

Very professional but personal service from start to finish. This is the 4th consecutive Audi that we have purchased from Poole Audi and none have ever let us down. This was our first brand new Audi and we had done our research and set our budget before visiting the showroom. Long Distance Purchaser
To be honest, I've never left a Trust Pilot review, and never felt the urge too.... except for now. I was a very long distance purchaser, I'd never seen the car, had no chance of seeing it, and that left telephone. Except, I'm deaf.... Not a problem for these guys.... 11 out of 10 on every point. No Hassel, no problem, just consistent help. I would whole heartedly recommend.

Recently had an MOT and service on my TT. Audi collected my car from home, carried out the necessary work, and then returned the car to me at the end of the day. I work from home some of the week and this was a godsend for me not having to take time out of my day to deal with this yearly saga. Audi kept me up to date with progress via WhatsApp which was great also. I didn’t need to do any chasing. The service was EXCELLENT and will definitely be coming back next year provided I don’t need to before!

Whether I ring Audi to book an appointment for my car to have MOT, Service etc the attitude of the staff is excellent and always helpful.
My Audi Q2 is ageing now but I love it and I drive hundreds of miles each week and it’s always been so reliable.
Whatever The Staff are taught at Audi please keep it up- p.s. you could give my GP surgery some tips 😄

Recommend Poole Audi over other dealerships in the south.
I always use Poole Audi even though they are outside my area. I have much more faith in their technicians than my local dealership. A lovely showroom and client area with great customer service.

The Audi brand sells itself but without an excellent back up dealership, it would fall flat.
I am not made of money and am not particularly easy to please but I am on my third car from Poole Audi. To those that know me, that is indeed an accolade for Poole Audi. All aspects of owning a vehicle supplied by Poole Audi is Excellent, from the front of house Ladies to Sales personnel (all grades) and After Sales/Service personnel, all are very genuinely superb.
