I went to several Audi dealership before I went to Yeovil the staff were amazing but it was the sales staff that went over board to help me find the car i was looking for. Even though they did not make a sale on my first visit they still gave me plenty of there time with no pressure,when finally the car came in that i was looking for i had no hesitation to go back to them. The car was amazing and they had it prept to look like brand new and with a fair part exchange I purchased the car. And will definitely use YEOVIL AUDI again. Thanks to all the staff.

Dealing with Audi Yeovil had a much more personal feel than some of the larger motoring chains and the staff (Dan and Jude) made the process very straightforward

My experience with Harry was excellent
My experience with Harry was excellent. He was consultative, informative and not at all pushy. Charming and with a lovely manner. I only wish he had sold me the car I ended up buying! I can highly recommend Harry and know that he will do very well. Good luck Harry!

Poor sales service
I wanted to buy a car from them but it firstly took nearly half a day to hear back from a salesman, a further half a day to get a video. At this point I said I was very interested for the sales guy to then go off for a day, to return and tell me the car had been sold in the meantime! If you’re having a day off, pass my enquiry to somebody who will be there! It’s not rocket science. Have bought from them before, will never again…

This is now my second car from Yeovil Audi and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Both occasions I’ve been extremely fortunate to have had Simon as the sales associate. Simon is an absolute credit to Yeovil Audi. His level of customer service, attention to detail and care is outstanding. Both occasions he has got the cars spot on and I’ve been left amazed by how much he listened to what I wanted. The second car wasn’t onsite but Simon moved mountains to get it to Yeovil for me. Especially as there was quite the tight deadline. I would strongly recommend Yeovil Audi. Not only was the service from Simon exceptional, even from when I walked through the door I was greeted at reception warmly and with a huge smile. Nothing was too much trouble and no question left unanswered.
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I have to say you’ve got a customer for life.

An overdue review
An overdue review, but the excellent service I’ve received from Yeovil Audi definitely deserves a mention.
Back in August 2025, I was in the market for an Audi A3 and spotted a listing on Audi Approved that caught my eye. I called Yeovil Audi on a Saturday and spoke with Sales Executive Dan Costelloe, who was excellent throughout. As I couldn’t visit the dealership to inspect the car in person, Dan went the extra mile and arranged a video call so I could see its condition. The car appeared faultless, so I paid a deposit.
All the admin relating to the purchase was handled efficiently, and I was kept fully informed about when the car would be ready for collection — just four days later.
Service from Dan on collection day was equally impressive, with a thorough and friendly handover of the vehicle.
The next day, I noticed a defect on some of the window trims and contacted Dan. I was a little worried it might be a case of “sold as seen,” but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Dan put me in touch with After Sales Manager Tim Hooker, who was extremely helpful and arranged replacements under warranty without any fuss.
Overall, all my dealings with Yeovil Audi have been excellent. The level of customer service they provide is a rare thing these days — definitely worthy of an Excellent rating.

Excellent customer service
Everything about my recent purchase of a new vehicle at Yeovil Audi was excellent. Ollie - the sales rep who handled everything from test drive, to purchase, to delivery updates - was excellent, very personable and made sure that every decision was made with awareness and that I was fully informed about everything. He allowed me space and time to consider my options and didn't put pressure on me, he was patient and understanding and made sure that when I walked away I was happy with my decision and purchase.
The car itself is an absolute dream (Audi A3 hybrid) and the post-purchase walkthrough on the vehicle was very helpful and informative. Ollie was very personable and an excellent sales representative at all times.
