Plant Drop Anmeldelser

Sourcing and supplying FReat matetisls,

Beautiful plant and aligned with expectations based on the item photo and description. Customer service responded quickly to a query and was helpful. Delivery was good and the plant was handled carefully.

Good quality pots, reasonably priced. Delivery was on time! No complaints

Difficult to know how it was going to come from the website but my expectations were exceeded. I purchased this as a gift for a friend and she was thrilled. The personal note I requested was attached to one of the brances on the tree, it was beautifully hand written and not just printed, I thought that was a really nice touch. Fantastic customer service who were easy to contact, delivered to schedule. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

The plants were delivered 6 days late some of top leaves of the rubber plant were broken and damaged it was mentioned to me that another houseplant would be delivered at the same time as an apology for the delay so having spent over £750 with you l wouldn’t say l was happy with your service.

Delivery process was excellent: I could select the date, the delivery was well communicated including specific 2hr window and was on-time. The large plants also came without packaging - what a relief after having to get rid of tones of cardboard packaging from other deliveries.

It could be a matter of luck, but the shape and condition of the 2 indoor trees we ordered was excellent I thought.

Good telephone communication, prompt delivery and high quality garden troughs!

Very efficient notification of progress of order and then when the order arrived we were so lucky and it was even bigger than we had hoped for! A really amazing lush healthy bushy plant! We ordered this from NZ for relatives in England as a gift and were really happy

Good quality plants and great delivery service

Brilliant customer service. And the plants look great too.

Easy to use website good products and fast delivery made this transaction run smoothly. I would recommend these guys as they ticked all the boxes.

My plant arrived on the day promised and was in good condition. I've had it now for a month and, even though I was warned it might be slow, it is now unfurling its fronds! Very pleased indeed!

Fast delivery. Quality plants.

Very quick delivery and helpful customer service.
Shame the stocklist wasn't updated as one of my items had to be changed so I didn't quite get what I wanted.

Fast delivery and the plant received as shown on the website. Will buy from them again.

Everyone at Plant Drop was really responsive throughout. The service and follow-up were impeccable and the install team went out of their way to make everything perfect. And of course the plants are amazing! I will definitely use them again and can recommend them highly

The pyracantha I ordered looked great on delivery, but it has been dropping leaves ever since it was delivered - not great considering the price I paid and especially as there’s a no return policy. Not sure I would use Plant Drop again.

Fantastic communication and very happy with the reliability of the service! Will be using Plantdrop again for our projects going forward from now.
