Initially had to phone 3 times to get through to a person, no one was available to answer -left a message and was called back but I had gone upstairs and missed it. Once I was through to a real person-Emily-got my travel insurance sorted and the paper copy arrived two days later in the post. Would have given 5 stars if I could have gotten through first time.

The whole procedure was quick and easy. The person I dealt with was polite and understandable. The quote very reasonable. We quickly received all the necessary paperwork. Now it just remains to be seen if anything awful happens on our holiday how quick PJ Hayman & Company will deal with it.

A Human saved the day
Difficulty getting past the first page of the form on line was super frustrating. 3 attempts to phone , going thrugh the recorded message meant more frustration. Once through i heard a conversation with another client.
Liam however handled the mix up professionally, got back to me and sorted out my insurance needs.
Had i not used your company previously i would have gone to another company. Please sort the process as i have another trip planned
