Recently discovered Free Spirit does insurance cover for bus tours. Bought a five day policy for a reasonable price. If bus company cancelled due to insufficient numbers I can carry the policy over to another tour without penalty. That's handy!

The whole process was easy & efficient. From telephoning, to detailing what insurance was required, then the quotation was given whilst I was on the phone. I accepted the quote, paid via debit card & received the documents within 3 days.

Website easy to use and negotiate and sorted travel insurance without any hassle.

Easy to follow booking system. Competitive prices. Not had to experience a claim as yet so no comment.

Operator was polite, helpful. I have hearing difficulties she slowed her speech and repeated questions when needed. I will be using your site again xx

A very helpful lady dealt with my request for travel insurance. She had a lovely telephone manner, so very pleased to talk to a human being, so thankful I now have travel insurance.

It was hard to get hold of you by phone initially, and then to purchase the insurance. But good to be given the reference y the coach/holiday company.

Initially had to phone 3 times to get through to a person, no one was available to answer -left a message and was called back but I had gone upstairs and missed it. Once I was through to a real person-Emily-got my travel insurance sorted and the paper copy arrived two days later in the post. Would have given 5 stars if I could have gotten through first time.
