Quality personal service…
This is the first claim I have actively pursued in over a decade and was reluctant to enact for fear of incurring penalties or a surge in premiums.
I was met by Rory Gowland from Pj Hayman who walked me through the process and supported the application.
I was not particularly patient as I was still undergoing treatment and trying to balance work and life commitments with new mobility challenges.
My claim was handled professionally with empathy to reach a satisfactory outcome.
I will happily recommend this company and its staff and will be approaching then directly when my insurance package is up for renewal

The price is also very competitive when travelling in the UK.
