Pinnacle Surveyors Anmeldelser

Very good communication and their surveyor visited our house the following week. Friendly service and all ran smoothly. I would definitey recommend Pinnacle Surveryors.

Report provided efficiency. Report helpful and clear. Follow up call with the surveyor was really useful.

Survey was done according to our requirements. However the surveyor missed one point, said there was no electricity in the garage when in fact it had 4 3pin sockets. Overall it was satisfactory and we got a follow up call a few days later.

Highly recommend them. Prompt efficent and report sent over very fast.

Prompt response to my enquiry, appointment available within a few days, knowledgeable and friendly surveyor from the local area.

Good value for money. Survey completed and report delivered in a week followed by a phone consultation so we could discuss any questions we had. Sur ever also made a follow up call to the vendors to ensure report was accurate and reported conversation. Would highly recommend.

The men was verry rude and he didn't answer my question.
On the end of the day I have payd him to come and survey the property he spend 2min and he was gone didn't answer any of my questions and when he noticed I'm not English he was even more rude never have your company survey any of my property's.
God bless you

Easy to read informative survey
Contact from a surveyor afterwards to ensure we didn’t have any questions or concerns and just to reiterate their recommendations.
Offer for us to contact the surveyor directly in the future if we have any questions. Thank you

My survey report was very thorough and my conversation with Edward Green was very helpful.

A very quick service - providing a detailed report in a timely manner

The survey was conducted promptly and a detailed report was provided within a few days followed by a phone call from the surveyor to discuss the findings and answer any questions.

Very professional. Their booking process was exceptional, confirmation after every call via sms and email, felt I knew what was going on at all times. Was well looked after and their surveyor was professional and courteous.

Very polite and completed the work sooner than expected. Thank you

Fantastic experience with Pinnacle Surveyors!
The team were very helpful, informative and prompt ( they carried out the survey within a week of instruction).

As a first time buyer they really took the time to explain how it works to me to ensure I understood everything, which was invaluable.

I spoke to other surveyors to get quotes, and knew without a doubt pinnacle surveyors were who we should choose because of how friendly and helpful they were.

Would definitely recommend!

Easy to understand and all done nice and quick

Brilliant survey and process. I was kept up to date with the process and when the survey would be carried out. Once this had been completed, I received a phone call to discuss this and make sure I was clear on everything, and if I have any questions.

Appointment was arranged with no issues. Report was carried out and sent to me within a couple of days. Report is easy to read and colour coded to make it easier to see any potential issues. Surveyor also followed up with a call to answer any questions.
