When we had a delivery problem with missing items, Naomi Guild went out of her way to resolve the issue and resend the products to us on the next working day. She also checked in to make sure the delivery had arrived.

Iwan was responsive, friendly, professional. Always ready to help and explain. Went above and beyond expectations.

They auto renew your contract without checking if there needs to be any changes. We needed to make changes, and reduce the number of bins we have. Our bill went up by 50% and on top of this, they are now charging duty of care documents for every visit which are over £100 per visit. 1 sharp Bins and 1 waste bin emptied twice a year is now over £300 per year from just over £100. Oh and their new contracts are now 3 years and not 1 years as per previous contracts. NOBODY from PHS states this when sending contracts, given this is a large change of term you would think this would be highlighted.
