A quick and easy phone call with Holly B. First time owning a shop, so had no idea what really to ask for and she was so helpful and kind with all my (probably stupid) questions! She was so fast getting the forms sent across and honestly made it so easy as I was worried with timings for the shop opening. 10/10!

I have recently signed with PHS after using Initial for over 10 years. As I hadn't had a great experience with the previous company, I had many questions to ask ahead of committing to a contract. Jacqueline P helped me throughout the whole process, was able to match a quote from another competitive company and had so much patience despite all the back and forth email correspondence. It was nice to have communicated with a staff member that has great customer service, which was ultimately a deciding factor for me.
