Phox Water Anmeldelser

Delivered quickly. Not ready to use yet, but user instructions were very helpful.

I have two Phox water jugs, one the softener for my kettle, the other the Alkaline one for my drinking water. Absolutely wonderful and their delivery service is top notch. Great company with stellar customer service

The directions on how to setup very straightforward and just started using it yesterday once our Brita finished and am quite satisfied with PHOX.

Don't know if it's me but each time I change the cartridge it takes ages to try and but it back together so it doesn't leak!!! I find it extremely difficult to get the top back on straight as it keeps going out of line when I twist it closed. I've followed all the tips, but am still struggling to get a good seal. This puts me off changing the cartridge as regularly as I should.

This has been a constant issue since I first got the jug and it's very frustrating.

Purchased alkaline refillable water filters. Great product. Helps with acid regulation and the water tastes great! Straightforward delivery.
Would definitely recommend.

I like the taste of this filtered water. It’s great to use the Phox subscription. A brilliant sustainable and waste free product

Happy with my purchase. However the offer that I chose included a water bottle. This was not included in my delivery

As always amazing service. I order my refil packs last minutes ( usually when i see the limescale start in my kettle i know its time to replace the filter) and as always the service is 1st class and they soon arrive in the post. The refills do last very well and i love that i'm not throwing all that plastic away every time

Phox provides for those of us unable to purchase expensive water filtration systems, the opportunity to have clear, fresh drinking water. I prefer the Alkaline filters, and so appreciate drinking water with a wonderful taste and free of so many unwanteds. The company has brilliant Ethics and in my view integrity. If i have made contact, I have recieved quick courteous replies and clear and concise answers. This is why I continue with Phox.

Excellent service and realistic price

Excellent.

Easy to buy a refill pack, great deal if you buy for the year. It's not bulky to store. Prompt dispatch and delivery at a great price. Excellent service.

Been using this filter for ages and love it ☺️

Love my new water filter jug and so easy to refill with water and to renew the filter granules.

I love the fact I can buy replacement parts, at a really reasonable cost. I have previously purchased new O ring seals. This time it was a new lid as I dropped the original and it wss danaged
Ordered on a Saturday/Sunday and it arrived in Tuesday. Very good service

Great product, so convenient to make up the amount required and with no waste which is helping the environment. Delivered within a few days and very good customer service.
