Helpful and concerned when package had not arrived

The ongoing issue with Perry Ellis is the actual stock availability on items listed for sale. I try to do ordering so that I take advantage of free shipping. In my last order, I ordered $120 more than the amount needed to get free shipping, but ended up with only two out of 5 items that were listed as being in stock. If you could roll out a system that stated what the stock level was by size and colour when they are listed as in stock, it would be greatly appreciated I am sure and make for better sales too!

This is my favorite clothing company. The items are made of quality and fit well. The website layout and reliable shipping make it very easy to get exactly what I’m looking for.

I am extremely frustrated with this company. I made a purchase nearly two months ago, and I still have not received my items. Initially, I was informed that my order was lost in transit. Your company offered to resend the same products at no additional cost, which I appreciated at the time. However, the replacement shipment has now also failed to arrive as promised. It was scheduled for delivery on Saturday but never showed up. When I checked the tracking, it was updated to say it would arrive today. The day has now passed, and once again, nothing was delivered. This ongoing lack of reliability and communication is very disappointing. Customers should not have to chase down orders for months. I expect a clear explanation and immediate resolution.

I ordered two untucked slim banded collar shirt, green forest color. But they have regular collar so I am not happy with that.
