Penton MG where professional and courteous throughout our experience in buying a car. They explained all of out options very clearly. and at no time to we feel under pressure to make decision. The young salesman Wifie was very helpful and so was the young lady whose desk is near his. On taking delivery Wilfie spend time going through things again and we never felt rushed. He even call a few day later to check we did not have any further question about the car. We would recommend Penton to anyone looking to buy a car.

The service was 10/10 from start to finish and it was very easy to contact Harry throughout the process if we had any questions. When I needed to call and ask some questions about the car he got back to me really quickly! **AVOID AT ALL COSTS** **Christchurch Penton** Absolutely appalling customer service. I was told by a VERY unfriendly Mr Gavin Stockly that the account where the bills are sent to doesn't exist. Low an behold they then found it after telling me I MUST pay either by card or cash. No apologies, he just walked off. This isn't the first time where the staff there treat you like something they have just stepped in. I will NEVER buy from there again, and I will be telling everyone about their absolutely shocking SO CALLED customer service
