My overall experience was lovely, however one particular man named Scott player was very helpful and attentive. He was very informative and understanding, it was a pleasure meeting him.

I'd seen a car I liked on the website and when we arrived at Penton we were introduced to Sam. I must say that in all our years (i'm 83) we have never met a nicer representative than Sam.He explained everything carefully and did a test drive with us and completed all the paperwork without any fuss. We are now the proud owners of a MG3 Hybrid, thanks Sam for all your help.

Ryan was helpful very knowledgeable about the MG3 that I was looking at. He answered all my questions,then arranged a test run to fit my schedule.
Conclusion was I bought the car.

I dealt with Harry throughout the whole purchase experience. He was very kind and professional and made the purchase easy. Harry was a pleasure to deal with.

Myself and my wife recently purchased a new MG EV from Penton in Christchurch, Dorset. The salesman, Scott Player, great name, was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process helping us to understand the pro's and con's of EV ownership having only ever owned petrol cars previously. He gave us a good price for our old car which was a MG ZS hybrid which I will add was a brilliant car and he also arranged a great PCP package for us.
So yep, all good here.

First class, I found the showroom premises to be impressive with customer parking close to the entrance. In my view the sales executive Matt Notley went out of his way to ensure that I (plus my wife and son) had a positive purchasing experience on the day.
All my questions were answered professionally and the process was completed in a relaxed atmosphere.
The car was presented well and again Matt helped me to configure specific car settings before driving away.
I would be happy to recommend Matt and Penton Salisbury to any future car buyers.

Like a lot of people interested in the influx of Chinese brand cars we looked around all major brands before choosing MG based on their footprint being more established and the all round knowledge demonstrated by Scott Player . We were able to test drive multiple vehicles at little or no notice and there was never any pressure applied. The entire process from start to finish was excellent and even a last minute hitch on the finance was resolved within 10 minutes. The handover was really good and presented in a professional and personal way

I look forward to the after sales /service being as equally good.

Had a few minor issues with the car. But when i mention it to the sales team, they were sought out instantly.
They are very professional and put me at ease when i bought my wife's car

Helpful, informative customer service, including guiding us through the 'fiddly bits' . Harry was very patient with our questions. Kept us informed between visits to the showroom.
Note the service was consistent over two visits, not just on September 4th.

I first attended Penton Christchurch to view a car. The person who served me was welcoming but didn’t really go out of his way to assist me. I then made an appointment at Penton Salisbury to view another car the same day. I was greeted by Jack who was welcoming and had the car ready for me to view. He was informative and made me feel very comfortable. As I was not local to the area Jack ensured that I had a route to follow in order to test drive the car which I was very grateful for. During the purchase of my car he ensured I knew everything I needed to know, discussed all my options and the sale went very smoothly. He was accommodating and a very friendly young man. I would definitely use his services again in the future.
