They delivered quickly and when it arrived it was put together.

This was the first time that we had ordered pens for our church and the experience was a good one. Soon after the first order we re-ordered and that was also very easy and quick. We have been pleased with the product and the service.

I had a last minute rush order and I have never used them before. I got everything on time and the pens were such a great price but they looked so much nicer than I thought they would. I would find reasons to order pens from them now. Great job!

The pens were very pretty. I wish that I were able to get a lessor anount bks I only needed 40.

After shopping around for pens for our firm (and being let down many times along the way) I finally landed upon PensXpress. While the prices were slightly higher than we were hoping for, you most certainly get what you pay for!
The quality is superb and markets our logo in an elegant and professional fashion. The ink is smooth and the grip is comfortable.

Furthermore, I can't speak highly enough about Claudia! She's helped us with our numerous orders to restock our pens and each time it's as simple as sending an email. She's friendly, helpful, prompt and an absolute delight!

The only critique I can come up with is that I wish they offered coupons or, at the very least, occasional discounts for regular customers. It would be nice to have my repeated patronage acknowledged and rewarded.

While that is a minor set back and keeps me from ordering with more frequency, it does not keep me from being a repeat customer.

I was very skeptical at first, good looking pen at a great price...must not write very good. WRONG... that pen writes great!! I will be buying more for our company.

They are super easy to work with and the product is really solid. What more can you ask for.

I've ordered from PensXpress twice now and had no issues, though I wish the reorder could have been done online instead of on the phone. Either way, I'm an author and use these pens at signing events and readers LOVE them!
