Lost in the USPS mail service
I paid 516.00 for a scope i have yett to receieve. I accidently had it mailed to our home in Texas instead of our summer home in Canon City, Colorado. Totally my fault! I called our USPS mail lady in texas. We had set up our mail.to be forwarded back in April to our summer home. Mail lady put a forward sticker on it, mailed it oit of Alamo Texas. Never got it. I guess i am out the money on it.

We have reviewed your order and see that instead of being forwarded to you from Texas, it was processed as a Return to Sender and was sent back to our warehouse facility. I show that we received it late last week according to the tracking and our returns department should be processing it soon. We have the order noted already to reship it to your updated address in Colorado so you will get an email confirmation of the shipping once it has been sent out again.

Shipping delays
I have used DVOR for 13 years. Generally been very happy with their service. This particular order, was placed April 9th. It has been repeatedly delayed. I still have not received the product and it is now August. The most frustrating thing is that a similar product was offered by DVOR that I would have ordered instead but I was not allowed to cancel the original order. So I am stuck waiting until the item is obtained and eventually shipped, 4 months later, provided the delivery date isn’t moved again.

We work with our suppliers to get shipments as quickly as possible and are always striving to provide accurate information on ETA and shipping timeframes but an unexpected delay affected your order, resulting in this issue.

I lock my cards after a purchase
I lock my cards after a purchase, for some reason DVOR charged at shipping, didn’t respond for 24hrs to my reply of rerun the card, which resulted in a delay. Still do not have possession and it’s been a minute.

In regards to processing & shipping timeframes, per our payment policy, "Dvor does not capture funds from your card until your items are available and ready to be shipped." This allows us to confirm that the item is ready to ship and to review & confirm any compliance restrictions based on the product and location it is shipping to prior to capturing funds. They still have not shipped my order…
They still have not shipped my order from April yet the same item has been offered for sale again at least twice in the last 4 months. They blame their supplier for not shipping the item yet it is in stock and available from multiple other retailers there is also no delay on the item at the manufacturer. I will not be buying anything from Dvor or Optics Planet again, this is a deceptive business practice under California Unfair Competition Law.
To Dvor: I have reached out to your customer care team many times, they place blame on your buyers but cannot offer anything other than canceling the order or telling me to wait more. If you haven't fulfilled backorder from 4 months prior you shouldn't be offering the item for sale again.. Item is Fisher Gold Bug 2 metal detector.

They specifically state when the order is expected to be filled depending on their stock, so there's no excuse for customers complaining about taking so long to ship. Just need to read before you buy.

Great gear & good deals at Dvor!
I always enjoy shpping at DVOR for clearance priced gear, from Optics Planet. They have great gear on sale all the time. I Gave them 4 out of 5 stars simply because they have a flat rate shipping of (min.) $10.00 per day.
Versus free shipping at Optics Planet. So, sometimes a "deal" is not a great deal, and sometimes it may be worse! You just have to be an informed consumer.
The selection at Dvor is very good but always turning over. Items are not always in stock, so yoy have to check back often. They will email you when an item returns, which is nice!
