Fast response and delivery time. Also, I couldn't find the artwork and they were able to pull a previous year's order from us and get us fixed up. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I received an immediate response from Mike at Lapel Pins, who had already located our original order. After confirming the design and making payment, we received the shipment three weeks ahead of the ETA. Thank you, the pins look great!
