The customer service was excellent and…
The customer service was excellent and the person that I spoke to was very sweet. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because the logo design in crooked on the pen. :( These are pens that we let our customer's take to advertise our business, and so I was just hoping they would look more professional, so that I had somewhere I could re-order when needed.

The website was easy to use.
My only issue is that when the pen is laying down you can't see the Logo. I am curious if there is a way to print the logo on the opposite side of the clip or slightly off the same line as the clip.

I love my pens!
First of all I love that it's a veteran owned business and made in the USA. We ourselves had a family veteran owned business so I appreciate you. The pens I ordered were great quality. I absolutely love the way they write. the logo was a little small but that's not your fault I just need to choose a different logo next time but I love everything about it and it shipped really quick. I'll definitely use pens xpress for my future orders

We’ve reviewed the printing and confirmed that the correct "NL" for New London was used, as per the Oswald font you selected. The design of the "L" in Oswald naturally has a distinct bottom, which may differ from other fonts, but it aligns with the preview shown here: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Oswald?preview.text=NL. We’d be happy to assist further.

feel cheaply made
The pens are cheaply made. the button where you press for pen to go in and out is flimsy. If ya move the pen the button shakes. We are very dissapointed.
