The Pen Shop Anmeldelser

Very happy I could buy what I needed, nice easy process, delivered quickly.

I needed refills for my Cross Rollerball Pen and as I am not very clever with some firms computer systems I phoned and spoke to The vPen Shop.
Extremely helpful response and everything then moved "like clockwork" and my pen is functioning once again.

Really please. Great quality good prices and super fast delivery. 🩵

Fabulous! Immediate response to a query and prompt delivery of a great personalised pen set. Thank you

found payment difficult, she asked for shipping address , but could not initially input, eventually succeeded, but thought you should know of this

Over the years, The Pen Shop has never let me down when I'm trying to find refills for some of the rarer pens I own. Once again, they have supplied me with the refills I needed for an older Dunhill pen that I own and can start using again. Thanks for the great service!

Great product, communication and value for money products.
Fast shipping too.

Easy to use website, fast and well packaged delivery and it was gift wrapped 20x better than I could do myself!

Good service from ordering to delivery

What I bought did not work properly! The Waterman converter would barely turn which is what it is supposed to do. I am still working on it. The ordering and delivery was done perfectly for which I give you five stars. I have already reported this previously which perhaps you haven't seen.

From ordering to receiving thus beautiful pen was an excellent experience. I took my pen to church and used it for the first time to make notes. I am very pleased with the cross.

Correct Item delivered more quickly than expected

Hi Will, I have not received my order. I see an email from.parcelforce that they addressee refused to accept. That is not the case. No courier cslled to my home on 21st November as my wife was at home and I have a recording bell.

Great service, I ordered and the delivery was very prompt, would not hesitate to recommend

Excellent range of pens available. Grey with gold trim Sheaffer fountain pen purchased as a gift. Smart pen, reasonably priced and delivered promptly.

The quality of service and ease in which you can access someone to chat with is superb.
Staff listen and assist. No if’s, No But’s, No Maybe. They do what they say they are going to do.
I’ve told my friends to purchase from this company. We need to support these people to maintain this extremely high level of service.

Will gave me advice on the quality of the on line photograph of the pen I wanted for a wedding gift to my son in law - he turned out to be right! (The picture was misleading). Very happy with the purchase - as was my son in law! Friendly advice given without feeling under any pressure.
